My order was the worst pizza it was terrible the other day I just wanted a water small amount of cola the employee reacted in such a way that I don't want you to be the dog of this much money this is a disgrace definitely don't go There are more elite places than here

Your employees' customer relations are very rude and have bad personalities. This restaurant is very dirty. I wanted to buy a drink and later, when I changed my mind and wanted to buy another drink, I was faced with a harsh attitude by the employee and this affected my psychology very much.

Confirmed my order twice all meat extra cheese jalapeños on half a jalapeños and cheese only pizza called for them to fix it a guy the manager tried to make it my fault instead of saying let us get you one they said it's a different price it's more. I don't care about the money but not my mistake. I run a auto repair shop and got turned on to this place by the owner when I would give him a ride home he would give me a free pizza coupon and I've always ordered from them ever since. But it's not Having a problem or a mistake that is the problem it's how you bounce back from that mistake that matters. Sorry Bob your staff didn't get it right this time

completely messed up my order rendering it inedible (half anchovies on an XL pizza). Despite my proof from the receipt, they would not agree to a refund.

Love Stefanos! While I think there are better pizza places in Marin, they are typically at a fancier or sit down dining format. This is a solid place to get a solid slice of pizza. Consistent form many many years!

I've unfortunately ordered pizza from this specific pizzeria several times now and have had serious issues. One time they delivered the wrong pizza, then refused to make/ deliver another one.
The manager was extremely confrontational and after a long phone call finally sent me another pizza.
after a while I tried this place again, the salad was old, the lettuce had pink along the inside, tomatoes were mushy, and the pizza was not eatable. after about 40 minutes, both my child and I became super sick. I called and the manager basically said it's not his problem and did not care.
I will never eat here again nor would I recommend anybody else as food poisoning, and dealing with extremely rude staff is not worth the trouble.

My partner and I love Stefano's. We have eaten pizza across the USA and nothing compares to Stefano's. Wish we could have Stefano's everywhere we go

Ordered a large cheese pizza and it was delicious! The pizza is thin crust style but excellent flavor of the cheese and sauce. Perfectly cooked. I was so happy with the order. I did have some trouble finding the pizza shop though picking it up. Service was excellent.
