"Inexpensive phone/ tablet repair with lifetime warranty"

Came here to have my son's iPad Mini screen repaired since it shattered when he dropped it. Apple Store wanted to charge $250. Got it fixed here for under $100, and there's a Yelp discount to boot!

Service was very friendly. I waited on site-- it took a bit longer than originally anticipated, but he was working the whole time diligently and trying to get it perfect. I did find a minor imperfection in the screen colors when I got home, but he said I can bring it back & he'll work on it for free.

I'd definitely come back if I needed any sort of phone, tablet, or computer repair.

I came into Staymobile because a friend referred it to me and this company did not disappoint...Jeffrey Garrett, the store manager at the Raleigh location was above and beyond amazing! He worked with me for over 2 hours to help fix several bugs going on with my phone...he was polite and patient and extremely knowledgeable in fixing some very frustrating problems with my IPhone 5c. I was thrilled with the service Jeffrey gave me--he certainly has my business going forward and I will put the word out to my friends and family. This is the place to go for cell phone repairs, service and function! Thank you Jeffrey for your outstanding customer service!!

Great service. I received both items within 48 hours of turning them in for a repair. The youg man (sorry, don't remember his name) explained the process, price and warranty. The reason for 4 stars is because the warranty does not cover cracked screens which is 99.9% of the problem with Apple devices. I will say, it was cheaper to get both iPads repaired as opposed to buying two new ones. Thanks again for the great service

We've always received great customer service. They have a very fast turn around time for fixing our cell phones. Would highly recommend them.

Ross and Alex are excellent at what they do. They go out of their way to make the customer completely happy with their repair. They offered to drive and meet me to fix it, and even stayed after closing to complete the work while I waited.

Their prices are very competitively priced, and they offer a life time warranty on their parts. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Alex ended up putting four different screens on my phone until it was functioning perfectly. They only downside was that after spending about 2 hours there one evening, I had to return the next for another fix due to loss of sensitivity in some parts of my screen.

Overall I would give a 4.7 out of 5, but due to Yelps single stars only...here's to rounding!

This Staymobile is great for getting your devices and smart phones fixed. I brought in my shattered iPhone because I heard of this place from a colleague. The phone looks perfect now and the screen is better than before. I am also very impressed by the customer service from Ross, Alex, and Jason. Their price is one of the most competitive in the area.

Jason Brown with Staymobile is a superhero! I dropped my iPhone and busted the screen on the evening of Jan 30th and he was at my house at 10 am on NYE to pick it up for repair. The screen was all fixed by 11 am and he dropped it back at my house shortly after. Always great service and especially appreciate his willingness to work on a holiday! Thank you, Jason!

Very nice and clean phone repair business.Daron was extremely helpful in trying to repair my water damaged IPhone 5s. Instead of replacing a lot of parts, his thoughts were to go ahead and use my insurance for the guarantee. So he let me use the phone there to file the claim along with wifi.I highly recommend this business for any repair on any cell phone.Ask for Daron!

I have mostly interacted with Alex, and the level of customer service at Staymobile has been remarkable. They looked at botched work performed by a competitor and made a reasonable recommendation for no charge, and they made multiple attempts to address proximity sensor-related issues after (successfully) replacing the touch-screen on my wife's LG G2. These folks understand technology and customer care, and I would absolutely use them again.
