The customer service is great. The guys who took the payments was super chipper. My initial taste of my white chocolate mocha wasn't as good as I though it should be but after and quick little swirl the flavors were on point. At this particular Starbucks the employees always serve it up with a smile and some pizzazz. I frequent 3 Starbuckses. and this is one of them.

Came in on a random Monday between appointments. I got lucccky, there was a coffee master working. There is a new coffee drink up on the board, a Caramel Coconut Cream Pie Frap. I ask him if there is a way to get that as a hot drink. He ponders for a few seconds and says "Yes, I can make that happen!" Yes, I am soooo luuuccky!

I order that and a slice of lemon loaf, find a seat and get ready to people watch. I have some time to entertain myself.

This particular Starbucks, doesn't have comfy seating. It's geared more to grab and go, not get comfy and stay a while customers. Which makes sense it's close to the trolly. The line comes and goes as the trolly does. The staff makes quick work, then takes quick breaks and cleans.

This particular day, the restroom is out of order. Based on the reaction by the few regulars, who may only come in for the restroom facilities; it's been out of order for a few days at least. The staff does point across the way and tell them where the nearest one is. It is a bit inconvenient for me too. I did come here as a destination Starbucks. And not having a restroom is not so cool.

Also their WiFi isn't working. I log on to it. And while "connected" it's not actually having any impact. Again for a destination Starbucks between appointments, not so cool.

Now the staff. Super nice. Highly skilled. I see them turn out drink after drink after drink. Hot, cold, complex, simple. All with no complaints or issues. Oh and my off the cuff can you make this??

There were a few customers who came in, who had noticeable disabilities. The staff offered to assist them with getting the drinks to their car, which was accommodating as they should be. However no one thought to actually open the door for them. This store seems to have a larger disabled customer base then other stores I have been to, I think it may be a good recommendation to install a remote door opener for the cashier or barista to active for their customers. So they could open the door for their customers who are wheelchair bound or have other mobility issues and may need assistance.

The store is also cold. As in it's cold outside and they turned the AC on! Perhaps, that's what the nor al rushing trolly customer base likes(?).

      Super clean, average starbys.

Starbucks located across the street from Mission Valley Mall, if you want to avoid the long lines at the Starbucks in the mall then come here!

Came by for an iced caramel macchiato and a birthday cake pop during my lunch break. Everything was made standard. There wasn't a line when I came in and my drink was made fast!

I love Starbucks but this location sucks!!!! Only 3 cars ahead of us in the drive thru and it took over 30 mins. Maybe they need more training. We got our coffee and it was horrible tasting!!!!

Awful. This place is a disgrace and completely takes advantage of pricing. They dont have a "dirty chai" drink, which is pretty standard these days. Instead, they charge you for a chai and then $1 for each shot of espresso! A grande ends up being over $7!! Lets put things back into perspective - this is coffee!!! Over $7 for a medium coffee?? Absurd. I stopped going to Starbucks befor and I will be doing the same again. Hello mom and pops! We should all be doing this anyway, as Starbucks corp is known to donate money to the Israeli "defense" forces - a pro-apartheid group and regime.

I've had one too many botched pumpkin cream cold brews. This Starbucks made them perfect and staff was very friendly.

      very Bad customer service
Barista was rude and ignoring my presence
I asked him for some cinammon to put into my drink and rudely he said to remove the cap
I asked him for the cinammon so i can do it myself and he said No with a very negative attitude I asked him why not
and he said "company policies " ????

anyway this guy should go to his house and prepare coffee there ... ( Blonde long hair tall thin guy that looks like he hasn't sleep in a week)
