I am told that Trader Joe's might be replacing Orvis at Summit?
If yes, we (my wife) will be spending much more time here.

Just realized I have not written a review for this location; here we go:

Quality/Quantity - Good, consistent.

Atmosphere - Nice looking location. Good size.
Indoor and outdoor seating.
Plenty of mall parking.
Open 7 days a week from 6am or 6:30am to 7pm.

Service - Good.

Price - $2.95 for my usual drip coffee.

Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1971 and for being the largest coffeehouse chain in the world! #114 on the Fortune 500 list. As of 2021, 33,833+ stores, and 15,444 of them are in the US.

2020 Generous programs to employees due to COVID. Closed all stores except drive thru and delivery. Paid for 30 days whether employees went to work or stayed home. Gave employees free daily meals and drinks whether they were working or not.
Focused on the mobile app and future stores "convenience-led" formats with drive thru and curbside pickup.

Same consistent Starbucks service and quality as most Starbucks visited throughout the Northern Nevada area. This one was pretty crowded on a Sunday with a line to order. Nice place to chill when you want to get away, sip and relax. I am on a pursuit to find a bold, flavorful coffee, but I prefer local roasted to franchised brands.

Located in the Summit Sierra, perfect place for shoppers to take a break.

Got the ham and cheese croissant which was a small bite. Looked like an overpriced Pillsbury crescent roll with ham and cheese.

This is not my favorite Starbucks. We go here because it's convenient and close by; however, my coffee always tastes bad. Burn or just plain bitter. It's super annoying that they don't have stir sticks, sweetener packets, or creamer around for over a year and half now. I always feel like I'm annoying them when I have to ask for one of those items to complete my coffee. This Starbucks feels cold and somewhat uninviting. I've never been in the restroom but I can imagine how it looks considering I've seen the other Starbucks' bathrooms (terrible).

Come only if you're prepared to wait 30 minutes for one drink (refresher, don't even need to brew). Drink tasted like hot pink sugar water.

Never imagine starbucks has gone cheap on coffee cups on grande size, its smaller than grande with no logo cups and most of it coffee was made all in ice. Vanilla Sweet cream tasted like water, matcha greentea taste like all sugar. Barrista in target was way better than this place.. very Disappointing.

What wonderful and happy baristas. Not much more to say because well, it's Starbucks.

The store is clean and large. There is ample parking. This Starbucks is located in the Summit Mall. It always seems to have a lot of people.

Baristas always seem to have a smile on their faces. I often forget to check in here.

Great experience today at this location. The green tea matcha was excellent, as was the coffee ordered by my husband. We asked for 130 degrees and got it. Sat outside in the shade and enjoyed our drinks. Couldn't ask for a nicer experience.

I saw one of the girls at the dental office with a refreshing pink drink.. asked her what it was and she said it was "The pink drink"...

So I am easily influenced.. and since the hubby was in getting his check up, off I went.

We haven't been to this Starbucks, so I was impressed not having to wait on a long line. I love looking at all the Starbucks cups and mugs...

I walked back with 2 pink drinks and also a bottle of their vanilla syrup.. I could never get any stores to sell them to me, but this time I lucked out! I know I can make my own syrup, but this was a nice treat.

The drink was refreshing, but a tad too sweet , I'll get my iced Carmel macchiato next time.

This is the worst Starbucks in Reno. Every single time that I've come in the same guy has taken my order without even listening to what I'm saying and then gave me the wrong drink. There has not been a single time that I have gotten the correct thing that I actually ordered at this location.
