STARBUCKS COFFEE

Went to drive-thru at 6:02pm on Friday and they said that they are close (with a answer machine voice) but I saw some one is at the window near by cashier (laughing). If you guys are close at 6:00pm on a Friday please change your hour but if you guys close at 6:30 then that is ridiculous!!! What kind of business does not accept a customer???!!!!

No one seemed happy to be here.

Drink was made correctly, store was clean, condiment bar was wiped off, tables and chairs were neatly arraigned - but holy fuckballs you guys...SMILE!

Third time in a month sitting forever in line only to get the wrong order at the window! Got the corrected version and it was 90 percent ice!

When going to the Main Street location they add just the right amount of ice AFTER making the drinks. The Pioneer Parkway location fills ice to top and you hardly get any drink. This is maddening when it costs over $5.00 each!

I am so disappointed!

Baristas are friendly, location is great. I had an hour to wait for a ride and walked here expecting to use the wireless network. I breifly connected, but then was dropped. They do not have working wifi on 4.25.22 as there are problems with their signon popup. I requested that they restart their access point, but in over an hour was not able to reconnect.

Their ticket times have gone way down. I sit in the drive through line on the regular for 40 minutes. I use this location all the time but i think ill find another one. They are so slow

Went through the drive thru with a friend and got 2 waters and 2 cake pops, the worker was named Leeaah and she was absolutely amazing. Will be going to this Starbucks more often rather than the one in Grande Praire.

I do not usually place yelp reviews but I had to after my experience here today. I accidentally placed my mobile order with the wrong store. And once they realized my mistake they offered to remake my order for me without re-charging me. The cashier spoke to me like she knew me and was beyond friendly. They had my drinks ready for me within two minutes even though they were busy. Fantastic customer service. Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Super impressed.

This is probably my least favorite Starbucks to come to in Peoria. The drive-thru will get you through pretty quick though. Customer service is direct and not friendly. Drinks are aesthetically pleasing but always taste a little bit off. Usually, the Frappuccinos, macchiatos, and blondies taste more bitter than a coffee specialty drink should be, with nasty aftertastes. Only great things about this place is it is very convenient location and speed.

This Starbucks is one of the best ones in Peoria.

The staff here is always working hard, and the orders are always fast. The drive thru is always super quick, even in the morning at their busiest times. They are always very accurate, and have smiles on their faces. Some of these baristas have been at this store for years now, and they are always the ones to deliver prime customer service remember everyone's order the next time they come in.

The manager here is Lyndsay and she is always working hard on the floor with the baristas, which doesn't happen at all Starbucks. It is very obvious that she cares about her employees and her customers. The way the staff takes care of customers at this location can't be beat, which is another reason I would drive out of my way to come to this Starbucks.

The staff here is also highly trained and passionate about their jobs, so if you're unsure of what to get, ask them! They are always super helpful.

Amazing customer service was very quick and polite well made drink. Barista was very nice and made eye contact and smiled. Also spelled name right without even asking.
