Starbucks as a company is a Hindenburg disaster and imploding under their own greed and fake corporate promises while supplying the United States with daily sugar addiction, but this location is particularly bad. it is a very busy location, I'll give them that, but employee turnover is awful and wait times are insane. Corporate, give these poor baristas more backup!!!
Also, the manager takes regional sales calls in the lobby out loud which is incredibly rude to others around (not to mention mot private for Starbucks business) and ruins any semblance of what Starbucks used to suggest was their "third space" concept - how ams I supposed to relax and enjoy a beverage when there's corporate screeching and rah-rah jargon being blared at full volume in the lobby alongside existing music, the sounds of coffee and beeping warming oven, and the sound of barista's souls dying?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - May 28, 2022
Very slow. The drive through and cafe weren't particularly busy but I waited for almost a half hour. They split the baristas in a weird way so that people who ordered later than me got their drinks before me. Barista with the septum piercing was very nice.
I know no one really reads reviews for a Starbucks lol and employee turnover at a chain like Starbucks is so high that reviews aren't relevant for very long but it's the only thing I can really do to feel satisfied with my lack of satisfaction at this location haha. 5th time I have the worst experience at this location. Baristas are rude and take forever to get your order ready and it's never right. Also have dealt with the manager who is also extremely rude. As a waitress myself, I understand things can get hectic but there is absolutely no reason to be that rude and treat people like that. Never coming here again.

This location is cheap to their customers even though the drinks are expensive. They did not put sleeves on the cups the last few times and that's not okay.

I wish I would have yelped this site before I stopped by to purchase my drink. I have am an avid Starbucks fan. I should have stock in Starbucks as much money I spend there lol. In all the years patronizing them I've never had mean service by a barista. The guy in drive thru is actually mean. I didn't think that was even possible lol. And my drink was horrible. Keep driving past this site please know the low overall rating is accurate lol.

Reading other reviews I think the staff at this location are getting a bad rap. I have been here over 100 times and this is my favorite location . I live 45 minutes away and I choose to come here because the staff is friendly, cares, and treats me as part of the Starbucks family. My favorite memory is ordering at the register and as I started saying my order one of the new girls said "are you Chad?". If I mobile order and they happen to be out of a product, I have been met at the door leting me know. This is the only starbucks I have ever taken the time to email the district manager to comment on how great the service and staff are. For those complaining about the wait.... spend one day in the shoes of a Starbucks Barista. Much love to this location.

They always get my drinks correct, but this is consistently the slowest Starbucks in the area. I always have to carve out at least 15-20 minutes to get a drink. This was made way worse by the pandemic where the online orders must be overwhelming their system. Their staff is hit or miss with professionalism. Go to the Starbucks on Lincoln way! Their staff is always super friendly and fast!

Glad other people love this place but , I do NOT. Yes it was New Years day, yes we slept in at our hotel and only crumbs were available. So we go down the street to Starbucks, but they had almost nothing regarding food, coffee seemed to have an inordinate wait time. The place was busy but not packed . The crew was nice (hence the 2nd star) but time to wait for food or coffee was unacceptably long. Almost as though they were rookies. I know they weren't but there was no giddy up in their step, everybody was in slow motion. Do not go here.

Slow af Starbucks. We waited 30 min for 2 coffees and a wrap. They forgot the second coffee and wrap somehow so we had to wait even longer. Incredibly frustrating.
