A few times each year, I drop by here whenever I happen to be in the area.
I'm actually glad that there's a SB located this far out in the periphery of the Memphis metropolitan area.
I just wish that it didn't take forever to receive my very basic and simple orders from this location. As it's said, beggars can't be choosers.

On a Friday morning, just before 8am, it took 20 minutes for me to receive my grande latte. I placed the order through their app and chose to pick it up in-store. Am I wrong to think that this order taking 20 minutes is terrible? I was under the impression that by ordering ahead would help expedite it. I guess not!

FYI: My workplace was having a staff potluck and i thought it'd be a great idea to get a traveler of the Starbucks light roast (Blonde) for the morning crew.
The first barista told me that this location would be open at 5am on Christmas Eve and that I could call at 5:30am that morning to have the order ready by 5:45am. She then took my name and number so that I could be written in their appointment book.
The next morning, I checked online to see what their holiday schedule was and noticed that they were opening at 6am instead of 5am so to confirm my order, I called again and the barista that time said that they'd be open at 6am indeed. I immediately informed her that I arranged to pick up my order at 5:45am so that I could be at work by 6am and asked if I could pick it up at 5:55am instead, since they were opening at 6 instead of 5. She said sure and even confirmed that my name was in the appointment book with the original notes. She promised that she'd update the notes saying that I'd arrive at 5:55am and that I didn't need to call but the order would be ready for me when I got there.
The morning comes for me to pick up my order and I arrived at 5:55am, as promised. The staff was inside and even acknowledged me from behind the counter but instead of actually coming to the door, one female barista gave hand signals that looked like she meant they were opening at 6.
I gave hand signals back meaning that I had an order to pick up and wouldn't stop. She eventually came to the door (obviously irritated) and upon opening the door, she said (without a smile), "we don't open until 6". I responded, "I'm fully aware but I have an order to pick up and your staff said that I could do so at 5:55". She cut me off and said "but I can't let you in until 6" and immediately slammed the door, locking it behind her and turning away (as if I was being inconsiderate).
That's definitely NOT good customer service. I wouldn't have come up there early if I wasn't told by staff that I could. The note was made incorrectly by the staff, not by me being inconsiderate.
At 6 on the dot, the store opened and instead of the same female coming to the door, she sent another barista to open. Go figure.
My order, the traveler, was ready but when asked if I would leave a tip, I declined.
There was plenty of sweeteners but the stirrers and cup lids were not included and the coffee type wasn't labeled nor was it confirmed that it was indeed the Blonde roast. I guess I just had to assume it was what I ordered. They didn't even ask who I was! It was very weird. There were other customers with me or I would've expressed my disappointment with the transaction.
I don't know what crawled up that girl's leg on Christmas Eve but I wasn't impressed with the customer service that she displayed at all. Slamming the door in a paying customer's face is terrible, especially one that frequents that location. I sure hope her day got better.
Because of this experience, I won't be arranging to have orders picked up from this location any time soon and I won't recommend anyone to try and call ahead either. It's better just to wait until the sun comes up, I guess. - Melissa E.TN, TN041Jan 1, 2023
Amazing location service-wise!!! I was helped by Jeremy today and couldn't have received better service. Strongly recommend this location due to the excellence displayed by the staff and especially by Jeremy!

I got a pup cup in the drive thru the other day and instead of handing it to me, they gave it to my dog who then got it ALL OVER my backseat. I am disappointed and admittedly frustrated at the lack of professionalism I experienced at this establishment. I expect them to have enough common sense as to hand the product to the paying customer. Not an animal.

I love Starbucks as much as the next person as they have many selections both coffee and non coffee beverages but the couple times I have been to this Starbucks location they have messed up my order and forgot something. Today I went back and tried again, they didn't forget anything this time but all this to say you can't always count on this Starbucks location.

Sipped on my starbucks drink and found this gem in my mouth (a thread) so disgusting. Your supposed to be clean and sanitize even more extra due to Covid.

Worst Starbucks ever!! Doesn't matter if you look online when you pull up they are always shut down for some sorry a** reason! Just shit this location down! Tired of wasting my time and gas to drive just to be shit down
