      This location is closest to my house and is always busy. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the cafe is quaint, but definitely small for the volume.

      The drinks are good quality, however I can never get a full mocha. For almost $7 a drink, you would think it would be completely full.

      The manager here is either incompetent, confused, when I asked her during Christmas why she never introduced herself to me or was even slightly curious as to why I come get coffee everyday, nothing. No engagement!

      I was in the store on Sunday and this rude manager watched as I walked in to pick up my mobile order.

      I couldn't find my cup because I use a moniker so that there is no confusion when someone might pick up my cup by mistake.

      As I was looking for my cup all the baristas watched me searching and said nothing. It was odd they way they stood there like zombies.

      I picked up the cup where the name was scratched off. Which was not so sanitary because the manager scratched my name off the cup.

      When I asked her directly she finally said in a rude tone, " I did".

      And then she walked away?

      I had to yell to get her attention, she is gaslighting me and other customers in this store.

      She has no idea why that name was on that cup, because of her failure as a manager to find out why the name was changed, this is more evidence that she is hostile towards me.

      This type of behavior is unprofessional and creates an intimidating environment where I fear for my well-being especially after that scratching off fiasco.

      If she scratches names
      Off cups, will she add things to my drink I don't ask nor request?

      This manager has not only brewed a hostile environment for me, but for other customers who all witnessed this inappropriate behavior yesterday.

      It is an unacceptable way to treat customers and this in any situation should not be tolerated.

      She failed on an original complaint, she ignored it and the situation has now spiraled out of control due to her incompetence.

      In any case, it is important to remember that passive aggressive behavior is not acceptable and should not be tolerated.

      The scratching out of the name, when I walked in she saw me looking for the cup, but I couldn't tell which one it was cruel, unusual and unwelcoming.

      This has been and was her intent all along.

      No customer service, nothing

      She said nothing

      just watched me, toying and manipulating her most loyal customers?

      Not like a kind compassionate manager or barista, who's following the corporate policies and offers a cup of kindness and a smile instead of an cup of hate and anger...

      There is something very sinister, dark and extremely unprofessional happening in this store.

      These are grounds for termination, I know this because Starbucks has strict policies for harrassing and gaslighting and let's be Frank,

      She has violated numerous company policies unabated and without regard for the damage she is causing for the brand.

      The company's anti-discrimination, anti-harassment and anti-bullying policies have not just been violated yesterday but I have only spoken to her 1 other time before when I gave her a Christmas card for the store this past Christmas and nothing.

      What I seriously believe is happening is she is
      Gaslighting me and who knows whom else, this as you are aware of is considered hostile and antagonistic because it involves attempting to manipulate the customer's perception, feelings, or reality.

      This type of behavior is a violation of Starbucks policies because it is not conducive to providing a welcoming atmosphere for customers and goes against the company's core values of creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.

      There is a negative factor and that is this General Manager who I still on March 6th, 2022 have no idea who she is, her name nor who the assistant manager is or their name.

      They are not introducing themselves because they are failures at customer service, socially awkward and extremely antagonistic.

      The best part is, after I had to yell as she was taking over me and not letting me voice my concerns. Had the audacity to call the police?

      This is a trend in Starbucks where they call the police as a form of customer service?

      Starbucks had been sued multiple times for managers calling the police on innocent customers.

      Here's where her lack of managerial skills has now placed her.

      1st The manager violated the customer's right to privacy by scratching their name off the cup.

      2nd she violated the company's policy of not discriminating against customers on the basis of their name.

      3rd SHE violated health code regulations by handling food or drink that was not intended for them in such a way that leaves her open to scrutiny of what she is putting in the drinks.

      4th, they may have violated federals laws against discrimination and harassment.

      Hostile General Managers and Baristas scratching name off cups, discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

      This starbucks is always super busy no matter what day or time I come. It is located in a shopping center and right beside a sweetfrog. I'm guessing that's why there is always traffic. The inside is super small and crowded, so it's always a hassle to try to navigate your way into the line. There is some outside seating, so that helps, especially on a nice sunny day. They do have a variety of pastries options, but not a lot either. We came at 3 pm. on a Sunday, and a lot of their items and coffee options were "unavailable." They also had run out of big straws. This starbucks, I feel like it is in a great location and has a lot of traffic, but they are not fully prepared. Their outside trash can was overflowing, and they had run out of a lot of things. They don't have a drive thru, and when I was inside, I did get a strong smell of trash. I dont really come to this location much just because of how busy it can be.

      If you are looking for fast baristas, this is not the place. It's faster to walk in and order than to do a mobile order. I come here at LEAST once a day as it's on my work route and I am always a mobile order. Consistently I'm waiting on my drink which seems to take at least 20 mins to make on an average. It's a simple latte with nothing in it. People are super nice but there are always mobile orders waiting in line because there is no "quick" turn around here. It's gotten so bad I'll probably find another coffee shop.

      I have been to this location several times here is why I gave it two stars:

      The lows:

      They are super slow. Mobile orders say 3-7 minutes more like 15-20. There is always a line and they aren't great at managing this.

      They can get the order wrong and it's not worth the time to fix.

      It's not the cleanest. They need to hire or look into having someone staffed just to clean and maintain the lobby.

      Due to the high work load staff are "stressed" or managing multiple things. Maybe need a refresher. They aren't the chirping friendly bunch.

      The highs:

      I appreciate the hard work of lithe limited team that is employed, but based on the demand they need to hire. It appears staff are working hard.

      Occasionally staff are kind and appear happy.

      The sale items are always stoked up or plenty in supply.

      I placed a mobile order through Ubereats for some beverages and cakes. As 3rd party apps usually do, they charge EXTRA for simple syrup. I was not exactly sure how to ask for my beverage sweetened (ice green tea) so I gave the store a call. I informed them that I placed an order and paid for one pump; however, I would like it to be a classic ice green tea sweetened. The barista informed me that with a Venti it comes with five pumps and that they are more than happy to do so. A+++ customer service. Love this location.

      Worse Starbucks anywhere! Ordered using my app and it took over twenty minutes for one drink. !! Others came in and ordered and went out before me. Was told they come first over app orders. I've never been in a Starbucks when they didn't have walk ins at the counter. At that rate, they may never get to app orders. What's the point of the app then??? Had to ask to get my drink made and I was late for my appointment because it took way longer than necessary to get my drink. One drink should not take THAT LONG TO MAKE! I won't be back here. The order wasn't even correct when I got it. Absolute chaos in here.

      Great location! The employees are so nice & pretty consistent with the drinks. They always go above & beyond & make conversation too. I gave 4 stars because a few times I've come in they've missed something in my order so a bit more attention to detail would be appreciated.

      My husband and I don't drink coffee. But if anyone knows this company... they sell a lot more than just coffee! We both ordered a hot chocolate. I spruced mine up with some peppermint. The time we came here was a good time. Wasn't busy at all. We were in and out very quickly. Friendly staff and clean establishment. Good job guys!
