Excellent service! Henny, Hennessy not sure if that's the girls name but she was so kind and made sure I had everything I ordered! This is Forsure my favorite Starbucks! Fast service

awful place for a rest stop. I waited and waited and the girl at the counter. Where the drinks are served. Finally acknowledge me. And I asked her where my food that I pre-ordered would be ready. And she pointed towards the opposite encounter. I waited forever. Finally asked the girl that was preparing the meals and she tells me. Oh, they were supposed to tell you that we don't serve the meal that you're looking for anymore. so I could either have the choice of getting a refund or getting some. Thing similar priced. The girl that is serving the drinks is either new or just need is an adjustment in your attitude

To the store manager owner of Starbucks please do not open if you are under staff.. and close your mobile app if you are under staff if you do not have the man power to operate you shouldn't be open. Stressing your staffs out and customers are the worst service ever. You guys suck today not the staff to the person who chose to open today for your staff's to stress TF out. Happy holidays

The store is very clean. That is nice. Walked in to get a cup of coffee at 7am. 4 people standing arpund doing NOTHING. Asked me to wait a moment....i went to the ladies room and returned to find no dark roast coffee is even brewing. Nobody in the drive through line and we were the only o es in the store. Everyone polite. But I walked out. Call this a Karen rant if you want, but to expect to pay a superpremium price for decent coffee, and it's not even being brewed? Was not offered an americano or similar. Management, please educate your crew

This location is always ridiculously / unnecessarily slow. I have given them multiple visits before writing this review and every time the service gets worse. Today I ordered my (not fancy) drink through the drive thru. It took a little bit for someone to greet me, but nothing too too crazy, just enough to notice. After ordering I turned the corner and saw there was one car ahead of me. It took about 3 minutes for them to pull away. When I got to the window I could see two drinks sitting by the window, but no cashier. After waiting a few minutes I checked the time. I watched the barista with the headset on walk back-and-forth (looking lost). She started stocking juice containers, and getting food items which I assumed was for the person behind me in line. When she finally came to the window she read my order to me and took payment. It took 8 minutes from the time I actually checked the time to even be acknowledged. Turned out the cup I saw sitting on the counter when I pulled up was mine. There was no reason to wait that long.

Hidden location once you get off hwy 99, no signs indicating where store's at. No clue how they stay open. For those still wanting Starbucks fix, it's behind Wendy's.

Thanks for being there Starbuck. You know, I don't care if you're a corporate conglomerate that really isn't that great for the country and put small businesses out. I'm just thankful you're at every bum-fu**, middle of nowhere, nothing left exit off the freeway I can stop and get coffee.

The worker was nice and masked. Easy to talk to.
