As a customer coming in Sunday morning, I have to say customer service could not have been worse. Mohamed may be in charge on Sunday morning 9/26/2021, but he clearly shows a huge lack of any type of management training or customer service skills. Does not know how to talk to customers.
We can make Mickey Mouse manager, but we all know how that will go. Starbucks appoints kids with no skill for the sole reason of not having to pay them as they have no background in management. Mohamed fits the no skills very well.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 15, 2021
This is my favorite Starbucks location near me! I'm always here for my mobile pick up orders. It's never really packed with long lines either if you decided to walk in. The baristas are always so friendly and give great recommendations when something is out.

Why people come to Starbucks?

I started going to this Starbucks all the way back in the mid 90s when I was a Film/TV actor. The location is great between Westwood and Santa Monica and it's directly across from the Westside Pavilion Mall where I used to read at Barnes & Noble(there was another mini bucks in there). Sadly, the WP Mall is mostly empty now with hardly any customers and only a few stores left open.
This Starbucks is still busy and I always had good experiences with the staff.

I went to this Starbucks today and the two employees had no idea what they were doing they charge me twice for one beverage. I showed them that I was charged and they said the payment was pending which is normal for a debit or credit card that was recently charged. So I paid with another card and it also said pending but the payment went through on their end this time. The employees are very unpleasant and not helpful in any way. I will be back once the two payments post for a refund. Terrible business

I had an issue the following day and she heard me out and apologized for the experience. I come here often and every time I usually come when Valerie is working and she has great customer service and does a good job with making sure I get my drink correct she has almost memorized my drink which is pretty awesome.

Liz is horrible human employee. She's a liar. I bought a coffee from Starbucks and after a fly fell into it they refused to exchange it. She also wanted to charge me 0.80 for splash of oat milk. Rude and horrible human

The staff is nice enough, but they water down the cold brew to the point it tastes more like their tap water than anything. I watched the barista fill my treinta about halfway with cold brew, then stick it under the tap just as long before she topped with a generous scoop of ice; the drink was shades lighter than any other cold brew I've ever had BEFORE the ice started melting, and they've done that more than once. Will avoid this store in the future.

Interesting how this particular Starbucks location only got six reviews. And they're aren't fashionably the greatest reviews to read either. I'm sure there's a reason behind it and all for then to start over.
My experience here was good. A very typical location where you order your coffee, they'll ask black coffee or with cream and sugar... and your name to avoid a mix up. That's it. The workers were processional and quite friendly too. Maybe a little short staffed, but I still got my coffee promptly. And my coffee was good!
I have nothing to say about their mochas, lattes, teas, frappes, etc. I basically cut most of those drinks out of my diet nowadays because of the sugar content... well except the Chai Teas. But I'm confident that the training they received really helped the baristas perfect the drinks. Why? Because my coffee was perfect.
The coffee house was more on the small side. But feels very cozy. Of course free WiFi is offered, and there are always students inside studying (like at all locations) with their lap tops connected.
