Starbucks

I frequented Starbucks when they had their holiday drinks. I love the designs on their Holiday cups :)

Service is always great and come to think about it, I do not believe that I have ever had a not so great experience at any Starbucks.

All of the Starbucks locations are pretty much the same on the inside, so the ambiance is inviting and cozy.

I usually order a Green Tea Latte with Oatmilk; either hot or iced.

Great wifi/study/laptop space. Lots of available outlets and seating. Not packed but isn't empty. Two clean restrooms that require a code. Drinks were done fine. Friendly staff.

Most tables are small round types. Good enough for 1 laptop compact user, or 2 people chatting over coffee. The store isn't freezing in the winter.

Large location in a strip mall, in one corner, lots of parking. Also has a drive-thru window. Very busy, on both fronts. Steady influx of customers. Half dining in, half takeout business. A few customers with laptops. Super popular.

Lots of tables & chairs. Also seating up against the right side of the wall. And a few more tables in front too.

Bathroom has a code. Clean place.

We had a big group. Us two, my husband, & I, my FIL & his wife and a couple more. We were there for a couple hours. We were seated at a round table.

Tip: don't park near the trees or you'll end up with bird poop on your car. Yup, it happened to us.

My to go to drink even when the weather is chilly. Iced doppio with pumpkin cold foam in a grande cup. $4
($2.75 doppio = 2 espresso shot + $2.25 cold foam) . Can't screw this drink!

Horrible service ! Waitined over 15 minutes for 2 drinks!! The barista never apologized for the wait. I feel they take there time with in store purchases!

So we stopped here to try the location because we were close to it and we did a pre-order online through the app and walking in was not greeted at all and then when I got my drink, they were ready I walked back out no one ever said a word to me no one ever said anything to me Which is not very inviting specially, for Starbucks they are a well-known company. I have been to other Starbucks where they are very friendly they welcome you the one I normally attend to actually knows peoples names which is very nice. They need to really work on being more friendly with people. I know it's early in the morning sometimes when you go to these places, but they need to understand that, people are there early and they need to be more friendly. The place was very clean so I will give them that they did have a clean restaurant.

Only giving this a 2 for consistency but it took forever to get an iced vanilla latte. It's been over 15 minutes and still waiting. Don't come here if you're in a rush.
Total time 23 minutes for a grande latte and an iced water. Unacceptable.

Sonia was very kind!! I had a very poor experience with a barista in drive through and I won't say her name but it's a 3 letter name
Anyway Sonia offered to give me a free drinks so everything and I declined because I wasn't looking for a handout just for kinder service and she promised to do that
Besides that I love coming here to study and hang out

This is the only Starbucks in town that is consistently good and has things in stock. I usually do mobile order and it's ready by the time I arrive! The drink is always made well too. Everyone in the store has been nice and helpful to me. One time, I was waiting a bit long for a drink (it was no problem, I was just waiting) and an employee saw me seated waiting. She asked me what drink I was waiting for in all the chaos, stopped what she was doing and made my drink. That same employee was doing her best to help her coworkers wherever she could. Making drinks, taking orders and refilling things. Wish I got her name but everyone in the store is great!

This place never disappoints! Always great coffee and staff are always amazing! Just had my coffee fix at Starbucks in Las Vegas - never fails to impress!
