Visited this location Sunday Feb 5th around 5pm
I have to say, WOST EXPERIENCE at a Starbucks EVER! One of the girls who wear black glasses mispronounced my name. She loudly called out "Anal" And both her and the cashier began to laugh uncontrollably. My name was clearly spelled out because I used my Starbucks card. Anyway, as I was standing there grabbing my drink they continued laughing uncontrollably to each and completely ignoring me as I corrected them! It was Extremely awkward and disrespectful.. I will not be visiting this location again and neither will my friends or family. I wouldn't have a problem if their attitude would be more professional but it was extremely disrespectful and childish. Third time in as many weeks that I get a mouthful of coffee grinds. Just trying to get a clean cup of dark roast. Please take the time to be careful loading up the filter - not fair to us to pay $3.75 for a cup that has grinds in it!!

There are some excellent friendly and attentive staff members that work here. There 2 issues large issues with this store. The first is the temperature inside the store. When it is cold outside the AC is actually on and it is colder inside. I had to wear a coat and hat to try and be warm inside the store. That is a minor issue compared to the manager Sangita Gurung. She is despised by her staff. You can feel the mood of the staff completely change when she arrives or is working. She feels it is acceptable to criticize her employees in front of others and at the beginnings of shifts. She always looks angry and has a bitter beer face look., but worst of all is the way she treats certain customers. I have a service animal and she does not like dogs or my very well behaved service animal. She repeatedly violates my rights established by the ADA by her words and her actions. She does not respect my private space. She lies and makes false accusations ignoring federal laws. She does not represent what Starbucks should want from an employee much kess someone in middle management.

Well I had my bad experience years ago, but now when I get Starbucks, I order on the app. It has been a much better experience. I am literally in and out. I order once I get in my car, then about ten minutes later, I am there. Order is always ready, hot, and labeled on the side. I just grab and go.

I am not a coffee drinker, but I received a gift card from a friend for "Teacher Appreciation Week". I ordered the Caramel Macchiato and the chipolte chicken panini. Well my drink came pretty fast, but after waiting a while, I noticed about 4 or 5 people received their food before I did. I asked the lady who was making the food if my chipolte chicken was ready. From the look on her face, I could tell that she completely skipped over my order. She apologized and asked me to give her less than two minutes. Okay, that is fine. That was not a problem for me because I was not in a rush to work. I was already going to be late and my boss was aware, so why go in hungry. I would have given then 4 stars, but my food was cold in the middle. As I hit the highway and got in traffic, my food was super hot on the outside. As I made my way to the middle, it was cold. Sad face, sad face for me. Now thinking back, I am wondering if she took my food out early because she wanted to hurry and get it to me since I was already waiting a while, and the five orders that came behind me were already completed. Whatever the case, I did not like biting into cold food that was a total of over $11 (Thank goodness for a gift card because I would probably have different feelings if it was my hard earned money I spent). I will not say that I will not be back, I will give them another chance due to the fact that my service was good. However, I may not order that sandwich again on a busy morning.

No drive-thru at this location. Nice ambiance. Friendly service. Tasty drinks. I had a Strawberry acai refresher.

They are rude in there, you ask a barista a question and they point won't acknowledge you..mobile order is 15 minutes beyond the expected ready time

So, I felt the employees were nice, my coffee was fine, but the store itself was just dirty. There was trash on the floor and the bathrooms were really gross. We sat here for about 45 minutes while they were not very busy - someone could have taken some time to clean up, but they stayed behind the counter... I might go to La Madeline in the same center next time for a coffee - they don't care if you sit around for a while either.
