Starbucks

Greeted very warmly by a couple of very nice baristas. Cleaner than most Starbucks in California and full of happy customers enjoying an old school Starbucks coffee house environment and not just the fast food "get in get out" vibe so common back home. This place is a pleasant surprise. Ordered a couple of venti dark roast coffees but their brewing machine was down. They replaced them with Americanos at no additional cost. Very nice.

I mobile order usually 1-2 times a week. And it has been awful. Last week I had to order it 20 minutes in advance and it still wasn't ready when I got there, I waited an extra 10 minutes. Today was a 45 minute wait. I get there is morning rush but the past three months I have been going here it's never more than 10 minutes. I love Starbucks but I won't be going here anymore until they fix their timing issues.

Service was slow, nowhere to sit when other places are open to eat in.. The cashier at the time I was there couldn't be more disinterested in waiting on any customers.

I had taken a break from Starbucks due to lukewarm customer service and not so great coffee experiences.

I ordered my drink at 4:18 I got it at 4:32. Next time I'm visiting Grand Island I will pick up cold brew from Chamaeleon at a health food store before I come into town so I don't have to subject myself to such a bad experience and pour coffee to top it off plus they got my drink wrong.

Always good choice for frappiccino drinks. Stopped now for B one of those enroute home from short meeting this evening.

Making it from Deadwood in The Dakotas back to Houston, Texas and not expecting much from Starbucks other than a Breve Latte.

These guys crushed it when it came to customer service.

And the Breve was the best.

Love the South Locust location. The personnel are always upbeat and do their best to please.

This is the worst location I've ever been to. It took 33 mins for me to get a blended drink because the 30 mobile orders melting and getting cold on counter had to come first. I'll never be back. I haven't been at a Starbucks in awhile hopefully all locations aren't like this now.

Busy location but it does the job! WiFi and tables available for studying and stores nearby.

Somehow Starbucks generally have low/negative reviews and I'm never clear why - they did seem really busy when I went (both for the drivethru and in the store), but they were friendly, helpful and the place was clean. I will note that t did seem to be a bit slow from the time people ordered to the time people got their drinks.

This is apparently a newer Starbucks and I'm thankful as I was passing thru I could get my consistently favorite beverages. The bathroom here needed some sprucing up but overall I love the consistency of Starbucks as I'm traveling around.
