My favorite Starbucks. Good service

I like this location. It's right on the Blvd which is convenient. They don't have too much seating here but I feel like this is more of a grab your stuff to go location. There is a subway stop and a bus stop all right on the same block or the next one so it can get pretty busy in the mornings.
The staff here are great though as they are good at keeping the line moving. The pick counter is right by the front door. There is some seating here, tables and some counter seating as well.
Nice staff here as well.

I ordered a peppermint mocha cream Frappuccino, which is a chocolate drink. I was given not that drink, and instead this white drink that tastes AWFUL! The tag on the drink even says the correct name, but the drink is wrong!

Espresso Fra taste so bad, only taste milk, totally different than other Starbucks store,

Remind me not to come here again.
I ordered a venti peppermint mocha this evening and towards my last sip I found a clump of hair! Come on now.
Someone needs to address the cleanliness of this store.

So disappointed! I was very surprised in the service and quality of this branch. Omgosh the staff are short, unfriendly, and quality of the drinks way off. "Starbucks" get your sh%# together. Oh forgot to mention, My order was a very simple drink. A Plain Latte. There was zero I mean zero expresso, all milk, and I know my lattes. Had friend bring me and Had to walk all the way back to get a Refund after sipping it. Was basically hot milk.
Gave this place a few try's thinking maybe it was just that day. But it wasn't. Walking across the street to dunkin instead.‍

Always friendly staff here. They have the fancy Reserve coffee for when you feel like a treat. I got the espresso bold of the day with almond milk today and the smoked bacon and egg for brunch. Starbucks is my go to coffee place and this is one of the really good ones in New York City. They've helped many of us treat ourselves during the pandemic.

I ordered couple times from this location
Coffee just taste so watery
They just give you whatever they have left over or what
I don't get it
And it's been really often that happens

I can't believe my second time with bad experience staff is disrespect you right in front of everyone and if they make mistakes refuse to change it and management just all they can say is sorry customer opinion it doesn't matter I think they should get fired right in that moment or maybe management should be more carefully to hire them in the first place

Nice stop to get my pumpkin spice latte. As always, Starbucks conquers the corner store. Clean place. The cashier was a bit serious but the person who made my latte was upbeat and friendlier. I stopped drinking latte long time ago but this is the pumpkin season so drink up! Was nice to have it once a while. Loved it!

Service is definitely slow here but more importantly it's not very accurate.

Recently ordered three drinks here and 2 of the 3 visually was not accurate. Asked for less ice and received a drink with a cup FULL of ice. Asked for no whipped cream and got a drink topped with whipped cream. Informed them about the latter and the whip was just scrapped off which would be fine except they needed to reapply the sauce on top (Yeah, yeah the drink wasn't for me).
