Starbucks

Service is great and very friendly and helpful. They talk to my girls and help them find a good fit. Inside is always clean and filled with people. Food looks good but we don't normally eat there.

I will never come back. Ever. Ordered a tall Frappuccino in drive through, even tipped them. Staff was acting strange and somewhat non existent. Took forever to get my drink. On my way home I realized it was ALL ice. Some flavor scattered through, but 90% ice. I threw it away. Dunkin' Donuts forever! And their coffee tastes better, staff is nicer. Period.

Such a frustrating experience here this morning. I did a mobile order for pickup. My drink was made wrong, so I asked them to remake it and they were super nice about it. I moved aside to wait for my drink and I waited about 10 minutes before I politely asked where my drink was. They looked and said "oh you and still about 2 back".... You would think if they made a customers drink wrong that they would make that a priority in the line up? It didn't dawn on the young girl at all that that would have been a nice courtesy. Instead, I waited another 5 minutes for my drink. 20 minutes at Starbucks for two iced cold brews...

The classic oatmeal is perfect. It's instant, sure, but it works. Comes with brown sugar, nuts, and dried fruit in little packages so you can customize your breakfast treat.

The coconut chai latte is my favorite sippable offering here. I don't drink coffee, so I can't speak to it.

The sausage, egg, and cheese is also pretty tasty.

And the chocolate chip cookie is great! Be sure to ask them to warm it!

Stopped at this location on my way outa town to pick up some CRANBERRY-BLISS TRAY's via mobile order and was very pleased by this team working. The best I have ever seen ANY Starbucks team work together. Seamless... not one team member out of sync with the other.

Quick! This location moves through the drive through line very quickly. The team is ALWAYS FRIENDLY, no matter what time of day I go in there. Always clean and smells delicious when I go inside.

The workers have been courteous and professional during covid. I feel confident utilizing this location due to their cleanliness. Pro tip: order ahead and grab your drink off the table. It's quick and you skip the drive thru line. I do think they should have a foot pull on the door, so I don't have to worry about my hands and finding the sanitizer when I get back out to my car.

The coffee is obviously great, but if you are wanting something quickly, this is not the location for it. You should only come to this location if you have a solid 30 minutes to burn. Add 25 minutes to the estimated mobile order pick up.

They are hiring....so if you're looking for a job please consider this. It might help.

This Starbucks used to have fast moving lanes , but for some reason in the recent months the wait in line has been terrible always a while and lone lines no matter what time of the day you come . And it used to be that if you waited more than 10 mins that the barista would give you a gift card voucher however that's out the window too

I was excited to be trying something new, Passion Tango Iced Tea Lemonade. I sat at the counter while my drink was made. I watched as the Passion Tango was poured into a container. Then the tea mixture was added, followed by the lemonade mixture. The container was half filled when ice was added.

Then came the kicker. After pouring the drink into my container and filling it up, the barista filled it 98% of the way, leaving about an ounce of mixture in the container she began with. That was more than enough for me. Made me want to go and join the class action lawsuit.

But alas, I come to this Starbucks pretty often, though I just started signing in. I'll be back and next time, I'll alert the barista to keep pouring. My drink was still pretty tasty. I can only think of how much tastier it would have been had I gotten all of my intended flavoring.....hmmmmmmmm
