      In and out coffee!

      At this location on my most recent visit the staff is very friendly. Line's aren't bad at all. Even if it looks long there service is very fast and it moves very quickly. I am definitely a fan of this location and will use them more often.

      Well for starters I was having a terrible day to begin with, I thought Starbucks would've been a great refresher and maybe a up bringing on this bad day that I have been having considering I haven't been to a Starbucks in a while. I asked to get a matcha iced tea, when I wanted to put some add-ons in the drink I guess I miss worded it and the gentleman started to get very frustrated with me and began to raise his voice. If I can recall correctly his name was David. Very poor service with my experience at this location, drink was definitely missing out on taste.

      The staff here is awesome! It was nice to see everyone actually enjoying their jobs and having a good time with both their staff and customers. The guy at the register was super friendly. Also very little wait time for my drink-- definitely will be coming back to this location :)

      Ordered a brown sugar oat milk espresso and the coffee tastes burned like it was sitting and not fresh. Gross

      David really needs to lower his voice!
      Upon arrival I was greeted by the employee David, "kinda loud, very unpleasant". I asked for a latte, David asked me in a very loud voice "WHAT SIZE?" At this point I'm feeling very uncomfortable.
      I replied "medium with sugar" David asked me "WHAT KIND OF SUGAR" I said "regular" . At this point It sounds as if David is being sarcastic! He says "WHATS REGULAR SUGAR? SOME PEOPLE CALL "BROWN SUGAR REGULAR" I felt very uncomfortable! And upset! In fact I left that store very mad! This was my first time going to this location.... May be the last!

      This store and store management is a joke. Staff is rude and unprofessional. They lost my online order, made it seem like it's my fault and they have no idea what I want, even though I showed the receipt. Told me that "they have 20 people ahead of me" and that it will take time to make my drink. What??? I placed my order 30 minutes, waisted my time to deal with this inconvenience, and now I have to wait to get my drink that you messed up. I walked out empty handed.
      This store is ruining company's reputation. Awful experience. Try to avoid this store if you can.

      Happy hour time at Starbucks. Just a quick trip during happy hour. Download the Starbucks app, configure your drink in their online app menu and place a mobile order because the crowds waiting are ridiculous during happy hour times especially early afternoon right when happy hour starts.

      Like other reviewers have pointed out, this establishment has a very rude staff. The adequate drinks are no compensation for the attitude given. Workers will act like they don't see you.

      I ordered online ahead of time so I can get to work on time and had a coworker pick up the order. I had requested a Venti drink and a sandwich. When my coworker got there he asked if there was a anything else under my name besides a drink (because he knows I always order food too) and the staff said "No."

      Well I was starving and this was upsetting, so I went back in there to talk to the manager and she was nice and helped me out. Then one of her employees had the audacity to ask "if the sandwich was on the order" and the way she mentioned that my sandwich just wasn't made definitely seemed like it wasn't his first time messing up orders.

      There was even more to the story but it's not worth the time. Basically the take away from this is to ALWAYS pay attention to what you order because the staff is terrible and doesn't do anything right - except the poor manager who clearly always has to clean up after their mistakes!

      If you can avoid it stay away from this location!!!!
