Just like any regular Starbucks the vibe was good, workers were super nice, and drinks were hitting just right.

Light ice, light water - this means more flavoring. These drinks are expensive, they should taste good.

Asked for light ice but did not get light ice. Followed up but only offered to take out the extra ice and not add anymore liquid. Not very accommodating...bad service, unsatisfied customer, will not be returning.

Drive thru service is horrible. I asked for a simple question regarding the rewards program after I received my order. The cashier brushed me off and let me wait around 5 minutes while she took on other orders. Then, her response is for me to call customer service.

This is for my drink I got today. I always ask for no foam and no whipped cream and after taking off the foam this is what I was left with.

5 star service from Van at the drive thru window today. I ordered a strawberry acai refresher with lemonade, for my mom, and when my mom tasted it, it was too sweet and too tart. Van went above and beyond to make her drink to her liking and was extremely friendly and personable. He genuinely cared and wanted my mom to be pleased with her drink. He had the barista remake the drink (on the fly) and it was much better.

I frequent this location at least once a week due to its proximity from my home and have always been pleased with the service, however today they out did themselves.
I pre-ordered a Venti matcha green tea from my Starbucks app, which I often do because I'm always running behind... And when I arrived I didn't see it on the pick up counter. I waited for a few minutes and then heard my name... the young lady said we are out of matcha powder today. She was very sorry and offered me something else. I was so sad because I hadn't had a matcha green tea in a while and was craving it.
I ended up getting a Venti iced green tea instead.
Since I prepaid with my Starbucks app I had to go back to my car to get my phone in order to get a refund.
When I came back in the store the girl had my green tea ready and handed it to me with a smile. She apologized and told me to have a great day. While I was waiting for the refund, there were 3 people in front of me so the cashier kindly refunded my money real quick so I didn't have to wait. He told me to have a great day and apologized for the inconvenience. When I gave him my card to pay for the green tea, he said, "don't worry about it, we'll see you next time."
The excellent customer service and willingness to make my experience a pleasant one surely resonated in my mind today. Not because of the free drink but because of the way the staff handled the situation. As a frequent customer of Starbucks I can truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received today.

Its Starbucks, what else can I say. They either make ur drink correctly the first time, or if not, its up to to take it back and wait for next drink to see if its right. Price is somewhat reasonable, variety of food items (if they have it when u get there), staff is friendly.

The employees are amazing all of them !!!! The best customer service and they know what I want and my name as soon as I pull up to the drive threw and walk in . When I lost my mom last Easter they were so supportive and caring!!!!!! Can't thank them enough also my kitty goes crazy when I bring a Catrachino home for him . Will be moving in the next month and will drive from Corona once a week to come see them.

Maddy , Ezra , Shane, B , Dolly Anne , the whole morning crew are just so amazing! I drive up and as soon as they hear my voice my order is done . They were so supportive when I lost my mom the compassion they had for me was more then you could imagine! We are moving to Corona in A few weeks and I will make it a point to come one day a week to support them. Thank you all even the names I didn't have you know how special you all are to me! Love that I'm asked to tip before I even pay for my coffee. Even better when your barista looks obviously offended when you don't tip. Don't get me wrong, I work in the service industry so I tip when my service was good, great or excellent, not when my barista made my coffee and let me sit in the drive thru for 5 min staring at my coffee waiting for her to finish her conversation so she could hand me my coffee. Ridiculous
