Normally come first thing in the am on the way to work. The place is always clean and there is hardly a wait. My Carmel frappe was made to perfection

This Starbucks has made huge improvements over the past year. I can't say it's my favorite location, but my drinks do taste better now. I can actually taste the difference between a caramel macchiato, a white chocolate mocha, and a pumpkin spice latte.
I often order through the app for pickup, and arrive 10-15 minutes later. On this visit, it was a 30 minute wait during lunch time. I saw the drive-thru line was severely backed up, so I opted to pickup from inside. There were 8 customers when I entered.
What I've observed is there's a lot of staff turnover here. I haven't been able to find a favorite barista. I'm keeping hope alive because this location is very convenient, especially while shopping nearby.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Apr 24, 2022Previous reviewThis Starbucks is so conveniently located, I wanted to love it. However, it disappoints every time. Whether it's giving me a chocolate croissant when I ordered an almond croissant, to the fact that all of the expresso drinks tastes the same, and not in a good way. The caramel macchiato, white chocolate mocha, and cappuccino all tastes the same. All requested customization is ignored, yet charged. I hope Starbucks Laurel Lakes turns things around soon. I've been extending grace during this pandemic, but it's hard to keep patronizing when you're guaranteed to be dissatisfied.

They need to do better. I don't even give reviews this low but it's warranted. The employees have an attitude. I placed a mobile order for a latte, and 25 minutes later, I still have no drink. Never have I ever and never will I again!!!!

I asked for a stopper for my drink and was told they couldn't give me one due to the no plastic rule. The drinks aren't consistently made. They definitely need to improve employee training. This location needs some revamping!
Jan 22, 2021Previous reviewHad a free drink to redeem so yesterday I stopped in just for that since I was nearby. It was my first time at this location! I shop at this shopping center pretty often (Hello Dollar Tree and Ross) so I've seen how busy the drive-thru is at certain times. I placed the order ahead on the mobile app and it was ready a few minutes after. I asked for a stopper for my beverage but I was told PG County has gotten rid of plastic (I wasn't aware)! Learn something new every day! My drink was good. The employees are friendly, the store is big and one day when things are better we will be able to sit inside again.

Terrible customer service. Every time I come here they never have the gift card holders for the gift card. I just went in there Saturday January 19th at 6:35pm. It's only one worker and she seemed like she's ready to go and didn't even seem to even ask can she help me. I had to say to her, "do you'll have any gift card holders and she quickly replied NO shaking her head. Didn't even ask me if I need anything else. I won't be coming here anymore. A waste and gas and time every time.

One drive thru window so the line is always kinda long. I've visited this location three times not sure if I'll be back. Got my order wrong 2 outta 3 times luckily I looked before I ate it as it was pork which I don't eat! After returning the order and getting my actual food it was still cold in the middle! The coffee was so bad I threw it away it tasted old & watery.

I was at your drive through twice because the 1st drink was not peppermint white Mocca It was chocolate Mocca I drove back 2 miles to the window and I got chocolate Mocca again

I will never go to this Starbucks again. I usually go for convenience but not anymore. This is the last straw. Listed below are the issues I've had since going to this Starbucks.
1. They never get my order correct. If I order any creme frappe they make it coffee. If I order a specific drink and customize it, it's still incorrect.
2. They're always out of products. Food/supplies for drinks. This is a busy Starbucks. Clearly they need to buy more supplies.
An example is today. I pre-ordered a sandwich with my drink. I was so shocked they made my drink correctly I almost jumped in the air full of joy. But of course they were out of the sandwich I ordered. I ordered the ham and cheese. Out of all the sandwiches on the app the ham and cheese wasn't sold out. But I get there five minutes later and it's gone.
3. The wait time. They need to hire more people. I even had to wait 20 minutes for the replacement sandwich. Which was not worth the money!!! They game me the bacon, egg and cheese SQUARE. I kid you not the sandwich was so small and the one I originally ordered and didn't get was already expensive like $8. I was so pissed. I didn't even eat it.
4. Another bad experience. I never forget the time I had to go walk through the drive-thru for my drink. I walked to the starbucks because I was close by. I pre-ordered my drink. So when I get there I see a sign on the door that said the inside of the store was closed. For whatever reason. So I'm thinking, I'm not about to go through the drive-thru. So I wave to the workers and they stare at me and do nothing. Like I wasn't even there. I knew they were laughing at me. So eventually they wave me to the drive-thru. How hard was it to just walk across the store and give me my drink???? When I see someone come out the back door they said to go through the drive-thru. I had to walk around 8 cars and wave at this lady at the window and explain how I didn't bring my car and can I get around her car and the worker passed my drink.

I waited 45 minutes for two drinks. One was not made correctly and I made them remake it. I never got the other one after such a long wait. This place takes forever and they never make a drink right.

They are consistently very slow with Mobile orders. I always end up waiting 10 minutes. Today, I was beginning to get frustrated, so I told this woman behind the counter, who I think was the manager, that I had been waiting 10 minutes and wanted my food order. She told me there were several orders in front of mine. I told her I'd ordered 20 minutes ago and this is not the first time I've had this problem at this particular Starbucks. She said "Ok" and walked away. It was pretty rude. There were no orders in front of mine, what she said is simply not true. My drink order was there when I walked in the door, my food order took an extra 10 minutes. I was watching the staff pretty closely since I wanted to get out of there, nobody was making food. After a several minutes, the barista asked what else I was waiting for, and that's when they began to make my food, it was still a long wait after that. This location is very poorly managed
