Starbucks

I ordered from here via the mobile app after work and it was a mistake. I asked to be able to get my food inside instead, as seeing that the drive thru was packed. They said sure, but I might as well cancelled my order. I got my food and wait for my drink, but 40 minutes past by and I still didn't get it. So I leave because the drink was all of five dollars. So when I get home to dig in, I see this on my donut. Are you kidding me? Did they not think to check their product before selling it? Either way, not going back.

Went here to try their new Abbys Cold Brew. First drink was a little too sweet, so they happily remade it for me with smiles all around. Second time is a charm this time as my drink was delicious and not super sweet! So yummy!! Thank you to the Starbukcs staff for being so great and accommodating!!!

Starbucks is never my go-to for coffee reasons but always for their safe environment, strong Wi-Fi, and non-dairy milk options - this location was no different.

There was a nice amount of comfy chairs for lounging and table seating for working. The staff were average, smiling and attentive, but not necessarily above and beyond for their customers. They definitely seemed to care more about what was going on behind the counter which didn't offend me at all just wasn't over bearingly sweet customer service.

I ordered a tall coconut milk latte and plugged in the corner to work for a few hours. After a scary experience at a hotel nearby I felt very safe being here and really enjoyed the company of the military personnel coming in and out of the building. The wifi was strong and gave me only it's best performance the whole time I was there.

They had an adorable station for people to pick up grounds for their gardens which I thought was so local and unique, and really put a good taste in my mouth for this community. I also loved the mint to-go cups they had for sale. I really wish larger Starbucks locations had "For Here" cups so they wouldn't waste so many cups on the daily but maybe in the future.

This location is in need of some customer service skills & time management training with the barista's. It is a slightly busy location but waiting 20 minutes on a mobile order with rude customer service isn't very ideal.

Place was very very busy the last two days. Came at two different times . First time drink was ready second they were not. Got them 25 mins after I ordered. Not mad at this at all cause I know it's a crazy time.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks, the employees are quick and friendly. The coffee is always just what I needed.

2 stars is generous. This is the slowest Starbucks around. Go to another location, it'll be worth it!
They will definitely lose your mobile order, so don't do that.

Trying to get a quick coffee around 2:45 and unsure why I had to wait in line over 20 mins. That's not an exaggeration. It was 24 mins from ordering to coffee. I thought maybe the cars in front of me ordered large orders but no - from what I could see each car only had a drink or two.

At one point a car was handed only a straw out the window lol.

This was hilariously slow and for no observable reason. There were over 4 people in the store and there was no rush of people inside. There was multiple times I just laughed to myself thinking why am I in this line. No need to come here, try another one down the road.

I do respect that this is a "Military Family Store"... I do hope they can speed things up.

The wait in the drive thru took over 10 mins to get to the board to make an order. Recommend Supporting locations that hire enough people for the location demand. Won't go to this location anymore. 10:50 am is not a peak time.

This particular store has never gotten my order correct. They either forget to add something or give me the wrong item. My orders are very easy too so I'm not sure why I always get something wrong. I won't go here if the other one wasn't too out of the way for me.
