Starbucks

We came in to this Starbucks on a Saturday late morning. It was busy but the baristas were courteous and accommodating!
The restrooms were clean and this location has games and a big main dining room table.
Our drinks were fresh and the food we ordered was also fresh!

Only leaving 5 stars because Lavender makes my experience great every time I go in. Best employee, always in a great mood, and always very helpful.

It was my first time coming to this location to do class work and I absolutely love it. For someone who gets distracted from things this Starbucks is a peaceful place to study, the worker were amazing, and the drink I got AMAZING !!!

I walked into the chino location on Riverside drive and mountain and was surprised to find that there were only two people in the store a lady at the register and myself. This was going to be quick and easy. NOT! I stood waiting for the cashier and the friend that she was helping talk for 7 minutes about school while I'm standing there waiting to place my order, mind you there is 5 people on staff literally standing around while I'm waiting to place my order. The customers transaction was complete so i waited and then one of the other workers opened the other register to finally acknowledge me. Order is placed and it took another 6 minutes to make my drinks because that person was also joining in on the conversation that was taking place behind the counter and center of the store. The owner or Management needs to do better with customer service and teaching their staff professional etiquette in a business. I will not be returning to this store ever. Do better.

Poorly made Coffee with a side of drama. I'm an avid Starbucks dribbler; it's my happy place in the a.m. Hadn't been to this location in a while and it's bad. Went in, I waited for a few minutes (totally fine). Overheard drama from one of the girls (she didn't have a name tag couldn't get her name), she was talking very loud how she had been scheduled to work at 9 one day and wasn't her time to work ever just because (the manager) didn't want her to attend and even because it would be weird. Finally got to order simple: 2 iced coffee, light heavy cream, 2 shots of sugar free vanilla. Getting them I knew they were wrong, gave the girl benefit of the doubt. Tasted like pure heavy cream. Looked at the tag they had added heavy cream and 1% milk. Ended up going back and they looked at me like I was wrong. Then more drama. There was a guy, previous girl who made my coffee, and someone named Becca (got her name from name tag) talking about how they didn't want some other girl to be transferred to this particular store. The same girl who made my coffee asked if I wanted to taste it, I politely declined since I was expecting it to be made correctly this time. Once again: tasted like pure heavy cream. Tossed half of it away because it had zero coffee taste. Maybe if they weren't so into their drama, they would pay attention to what they're making. ‍

The customer service was great! Super phenomenal! I had the pleasure of meeting the little ginger man who complimented each and every customer and wished them all an amazing day. Everything was great and they made the drinks super fast as well.
I took my order to go because I was actually ordering from this Starbucks since the Starbucks I went to twenty minutes ago gave me the wrong drink. So I had to get the right drink, but I think he may have had a mix up because instead of one extra shot it tasted like my drink only had one shot. So it was like water and vanilla in a cup. So that was disappointing. I had high hopes for this place because of the service and everything but the drink was wrong again. I'm sure in other circumstances they would've fixed it for me but I had already left and again it wasn't my drink I was getting. Still a super clean place and very nice service. The place was swept up well and people were distanced and it was very nice to be in there. Again with the service being fast and friendly I'd recommend coming here

I love this place, I never really drank Starbucks coffee until this location made everything with care and kindness. Thank you

The Starbucks website says they are open until 7 but they have a sign at the door that says they are closed. I think that hurts the brand

I've always been a fan of Starbucks coffee, but lately not so much. I usually go to the Vineyard Ave Starbuck's in Ontario Ca. It's a given now they don't give you stoppers for my $3.45 Hot Vente Americano. I mean how much is a stopper Starbuck's people? Today they didn't give me sleeves for that HOT coffee. I was like ...really? If you want to keep some of your loyal customers Starbuck's you better start treating them better. We have a coffee cart at my work.

The pumpkin chai is my favorite. Love this location because of the baristas! Corrie offered me some great samples the other day. I do miss the chalk sign though it was so cute!
