STARBUCKS

I go to Starbucks way more then I check in. A winner every time. Every Starbucks I go to they all greet me with a great big Hello. That must be the protocol and I love it. Never have a hard time there. So many flavorful drinks and options. I also get a ham and cheese croissant and chocolate chip cookie. The best chocolate chip cookie by far!

It was crowded when I first walked in, but after few minutes, there was just me and another woman left.
A couple more minutes, the female barista finally finishes cleaning and acknowledges me.
I ordered a cup of tea, thinking that would be quick. After waiting 10 more minutes, the woman preceding me flagged down the male barista (who was doing the vast majority of the work) and stated she ordered online 20 minutes ago, and asked how long a simple cup of coffee could take? He told the female barista to start her order. After a couple minutes I walked over and asked how long should a how cup of tea take? The male barista again made the female barista stick 2 tea bags in a cup, add hot water, and a few pumps of syrup. Over 20 minutes to finish such a simple request. A new line was out the door. Now if there were bunches of online orders, or if the other 2 female baristas were working like the male barista, I'd say I caught them during a busy period.
Nope. I do not recommend this Starbucks location.

The barista was so helpful to me today. I forgot my receipt from the day before and the manager was able to look it up without issue. The barista got my order to me quickly. Only issue is I requested no foam and there was foam.

Good location with friendly employees make it a nice stop. The store was clean and efficiently run. It does get busy at times but they seem to keep everyone moving.

Sunday 2pm, not busy at all. Service was prompt and courteous. Place was clean. They got my drink and name correct!! : )

Today was probably the worst experience at this location. I walked in and there were four people in front of me and 2 of them walked out. The young lady working the register was working so slow just for regular coffee. People have to go to work and taking your time gets annoying. How long should it really take pour coffee into a tall or grande cup. The Barista making the drinks was moving just as slow. Now you would think at 7:30 in the morning they would have more than two people working the floor. I witnessed the Barista actually slide a woman her iced green tea drink and it was leaking before she had even put her straw in . He could have at least wiped it down before giving it to her.

I've only had good experiences at this Starbucks location with the caveat that I usually only do mobile orders! For s long time I ordered from this location 2x a week a least due to business trips. It is small and usually crowded but I'm in and out quickly. I've never waited for a mobile order and it had always been correct

Stopped into the Starbucks at the Bridgewater common's mall for a quick pick-me-up on the way to NYC. Crowded - but the line moved quickly.

The usual, predictable Starbucks.

I keep saying that all expect from a place like Starbucks is consistency and good customer service. Found it here!

Place is always crowded, but they got us in and out quickly and with a smile. Great staffing and knowledgeable employees.

As I've started many reviews, I love Starbucks. I really love the coffee, but I like the whole experience.

Standalone Starbucks stores have their own ambiance. But, there is something about a Starbucks in a mall - I love the people watching as I sip my coffee. Since this was my first trip to Bridgewater Commons Mall, it was unique for me. I'm used to going to Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL. And, while Woodfield is a little upscale, it has nothing on Bridgewater. Watching the different types of people made the Starbucks experience even more fun. We saw everything from people dressed in designer clothes, to the tattooed and pierced.

Did I mention I love their coffee?
