I am not sure if this is the same taxi, but I have to agree. I used this company to get a ride home, then again to return to Richmond.

The driver, who resembles an aging goat, dropped me off at Wyndham in Short Pump. For the next 2 days, my room smelled like an old man with semen odors.

Professional and on time. Nice clean cars and a smooth ride. Courteous and friendly drivers. I recommend for all Tri-City transport and Airport transportation.
