Stan's Fit For Your Feet

I stopped here for a new pair of shoes and they had one pair left in my size which the woman on the phone gladly held for me. The woman helping me was very helpful and I felt like I was in an old school shoe store where you get genuine help vs a mall/big chain shoe store.

The store had a nice variety of shoes and a brand that is recommended for people who stand a lot at work like nurses and doctors which I wanted to try because I stand a lot at work and my feet are starting to hurt by the end of the day.

Un fortunately shoe sizes vary all over the place and my size was a little tight so I wanted to try the next size up and they didn't have it but the the Glendale location had them and the woman said she would transfer a pair to this store tomorrow, I didn't want make that drive and she was willing to get the to this store so if she works on commission I didn't want someone else getting it after taking the time with me.

The customer service experience was great and I hope the new shoes help my feet feel better at work.

I ordered a pair of Ecco's a week ago from Stan's, the price was great, a much better deal then the local stores. The order came quick which took away any inconvenience of not purchasing from a local store. Will definitely be ordering from Stan's in the future.

I waited 15-20 minutes for the glendale store manager to help me He started to help me, then a "better" customer came in and he passed me off to another employee ( who was very pleasant) but was definitely not as knowledgeable. I was insulted, both my daughter and my sister buy shoes here I will tell everyone I see how rudely I was treated. I did end up buying 2 pairs of shoes, but I won't be back

This jam packed store offers tons of shoes - American and European brands. There are also purses, accessories, jewelry and much more! Flats, heels, work or comfort shoes are waiting for you!

The gentleman that assisted me was friendly and attentive. He offered suggestions and small talk.

The store is located in a small strip mall with easy parking. I love this store and will be back!!

FABULOUS selection and amazing customer service. I live in Illinois and shop at Stan's every time I am in the area. I have never found a shoe store with better customer service or better selection. I have and a wide foot and have a great deal of difficulty finding any comfortable shoes that fit well. Yesterday, I left with two pairs!!!! Also a great sale. The staff know their products so they make suggestions for other brands that fit your foot.

Had a pair of Merrells I bought for hiking during Covid. 100 miles or so later, the inner heel got damaged and was causing blisters. I took the shoes in to see if they could be repaired. Kevin the salesperson took a look at them, took them to his manager (whom I regret did not get his name) who promptly said they could replace them. $125 pair of shoes and just replaced, no problem. This is why I love this store; friendly and helpful staff and a great neighborhood business. I will be returning for as long as I need shoes, boots or sandals

There are Few places as Stans that offer excellent customer service regardless if your buying or just browsing.
Stans at 76th and Layton is my go to store for new balance inserts that I wear in all of my boots, shoes and sandals.

This is my favorite shoe store of all time! I recently had to plan for a vacation and I needed sandals. Upon returning from my vacation I was pleased and surprised to find a postcard from Stan's that hoped I had had a good vacation and that the sandals I had purchased worked well for me. Stan's goes above and beyond with their customer service.

They say they are open. There were maybe 5 people shopping in the store. 2 store personnel were walking around spraying everything. It was very obvious I was looking for help. They completely ignored me. I walked out and will never come back again.
