I was thoroughly disappointed in the arrangement that you sent to my cousin. This arrangement was not professionally completed. The center flower was off center, incorrect height, and the symmetry was off with flowers stuffed in the base. It has the appearance of someone stuffing flowers in a vase. Do not use this shop if you want professional arrangements.

Let me just start off this review by saying how awful the people and St Jude's Flowers and Gifts were to my 75 year old grandmother. After calling the shop asking where her flowers were, since they told her they would deliver them, a worker hung up the phone. When my grandmother called back, the worker once again hung up. The last time, the woman told my 75 year old, 5 foot 1 grandmother that she wouldn't be delivering the flowers to her because she 'was in fear for her driver/deliverer's life'. These flowers were for my grandmother's birthday and also St. Patrick's Day. They are a tradition, although we never bought from this specific store. Now, my mother and I were pretty upset, so we called the store in hopes of getting in contact with the owner and eventually getting the flowers delivered. When we called, the owner was out delivering flowers, but the employee listened to our story and expressed that she would be sure to let the manager know when she returned. She never called back. Overall, the employees and manager at this store are beyond disappointing. They are rude and inconsiderate when talking to customers. I have worked closely with clients since my first job and I have never met anyone, myself included, that would hang up on a customer.

I am thoroughly disappointed in the arrangement I received. 1st NOTHING like the bouquet that was ordered and I fully understand that substitutions might occur due to seasonal availability; however, the flowers that were ordered are both available in abundance during the Christmas season and one of them being them inexpensive during this time of year. The arrangement was to include red tulips and white Casablanca lilies. I received 8 carnations, babies breath, dried up Christmas greenery and 3 stargazer blooms-not even a full stem. Upon delivery, of the 8 carnations not one of them were fresh-every one of them had started to wilt. The stargazer blooms were already wilting and rotting. The greenery; which if you know ANYTHING about Christmas greenery lasts forever-out of water as long as kept cold-look at peoples fresh Christmas wreaths that hang on their door for 6 weeks....NO water there but the greenery I received-in a vase of water was already shedding needles....By Saturday morning (received the flowers on Friday afternoon) the lilies were completely dead and 2 of the carnations I pulled to throw in the trash. Today is Monday-3 days later and the entire arrangement needs to be pitched. I personally have worked in the floral industry for over 20 years and would never present anything like this to one of my clients and if I did, I certainly wouldn't ever expect them to use my services again. I have made bridal bouquets-WITHOUT a water source that have lived a week, but then again I used FRESH FLOWERS. I contacted St. Judes to express the dissatisfaction with their services and they have yet to reply. An apology would have been fantastic. Retail florists are losing business largely due to people grabbing bouquets from big box stores which their flowers last longer than the ones I received. The sad thing is I know those bouquets in the big box stores have not even been processed correctly but live longer than what the local florist is delivering....something needs to change. Fresh flowers are expensive but anyone who appreciates quality will pay for quality. Don't provide bad products in hopes to retain or get new business. You won't.

Never again. I went in there on Wednesday to buy a simple bouquet of flowers. I realize that they specialize in arrangements, but thought I'd give it a go. When I went in with my request the woman at the counter seemed confused and told me she'd have to make one up. That's fine. Except it seemed as if she'd never touched a rose in her life. She then insisted she put it in some sort of "aqua oasis", though I assured her I didn't need it, as I live only 5 minutes away. After all that trouble she decides to tell me 12 roses will be $42. Mind you, Valentines Day was last month. I could have gone to a farther flower shop and received 12 roses for $9.99. I should have and will in the future. I bought the flowers, hoping they'd last awhile at least, but no such luck. Come Friday, 5/12 are severely wilted. I wouldn't recommend this place for any flower purchase. Even for a special occasion, the flowers may not last through the event. Overall, a terrible experience. Terrible customer service, and worse product.
