St George Day Spa

Everything was fine with the Facial. The young lady that did it was sweet and caring. The only thing that was completely shocking was I actually fell asleep and she had some kind of light treatment over my eyes and it felt fine and comfortable.
HOWEVER , it was an abrupt ending!!!!
with a LOUD BEEP in my ear that actually shook me to my core.
I wasn't expecting it nor did she mention it.
It was the end of the session and it completely undid my relaxing session with her. Very disruptive. I'm sure there's a way to silence that loud beep. I'm surprised that they would even have that since you're in there to relax and enjoy your hour sleep. Hopefully others will complain and we'll get rid of it or silence the beep.

I'm here from out of town. The spa collected my credit card information prior to the appointment being made. I brought myself and my 9 year old daughter to the appointment. Literally the worst pedicures I've ever had, with terrible service from people who were unkind and anti social. My heels are still cracked and dry. My polish is uneven and lumpy. My daughter's glitter is smudged. They were snooty and did the bare minimum. We left. The next morning, they called THE POLICE because my card didn't go through. I obviously took care of it immediately, services have been paid for, but I feel humiliated and angry. This was the worst experience I could have never even dreamed up.

Amazing technicians. Nice waiting room. Booked a spa package and was there all afternoon. Wish there were showers for after facials and massages but besides that a great experience.

Perfect way to spend the day in St. George!! We got facials and pedicures. The staff was so friendly and treated us like royalty. Worth every penny (which was incredibly priced btw). We will definitely be back!

An update on my review. The management Reach out to us in acknowledged that that was not the best experience and they will be lucky and they'll be Looking to make things right for all their customers in the future.
The pluses were a very clean nice inviting environment. I have to say my refusal skewed by the massage therapist coughing for a few minutes during my massage and in the time of COVID-19 it's troubling. This may be very hard to relax.

My wife had a great facial and reflexology sessions.

Very disappointed in the attitude of the front desk The technicians were nice but not very interested. We booked the best pedicure they had and assumed it would include gel nails they could not accommodate the gel nails and the pedicure was lazy at the least

My mom and I had the best time the ladies doing our pedicure were the absolute best. It was such a warm and welcoming environment which was very refreshing, we will definitely be coming back again.

They are so great to work us in for many treatments. Beautiful & relaxing facility. Thank you

-Waxing Experience-
The spa is super cute! I loved the quiet room and all of their attention to detail. They know how to make their guest comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they did a horrible job on the service. I went in for a full leg wax and they missed HUGE patches. My esthetician only roughly went over my legs once and didn't check her work. When she left I immediately noticed some of the patches and had her come back and clean up the spots I could easily see. It wasn't until I got home and saw my legs in better light that I realize how bad it was. I got my legs waxed for convenience for a trip but, I'll still have to shave regardless. I might come back for different service but, I definitely won't come back for a wax.
