I have had great luck with ALL of my alterations here. The fit is always quality. I have had them tailor my shirts to make them fitted, turn men's trousers into a woman's fit and make my party shirt.

While initially I wanted to give them 5 stars because their service and punctuality was great...after a closer look at my coat, they did a horrible job. I got stripes sewn on and one side is perfect, but the other side is atrocious. It is completely diagonal and not parallel to any of the seams. If both were off, I'd say maybe they just lined it up wrong but the fact that they don't match means they didn't measure both sides to ensure they were identical. Or even if they were sewn in the same place as the old, they still would have been lined up perfectly. I went to them because of their great reviews but the fact that I'm out of double the money, knocks them down to 2 stars in my book.

Best place in the area for alterations.
I use them to alter everything - dresses, blazers, blouses, pants, and uniform items.
Always great service and very kind.
Quality work and I never had an issue.
Highly recommend!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kimberly N.Fort Walton Beach, FL08Jul 20, 2023
The lady who owns this and runs this alterations is very rude and bossy. I should have turned around and walked out. I have been a customer of the place for a long time and the lady whom now owns it has waited on me enough to know me. But she was extremely rude and very unprofessional yesterday. I will not ever be going back!

I needed my tuxedo taken in a bit as I have recently lost a bit of weight. This seemed like the most reliable game in town for what I was looking for, and I am overall pleased with the results.
It was prom and graudation season, so it's a busy time overall, and the place was pretty crowded when I came in on a weekday afternoon. Finding a good tailor is always tricky, but I was reassured by the repeat customers who were there while I was there. Local people just getting their clothes fitted, with whom the tailors seemed to have an ongoing friendly association. This shows these ladies know what they're doing.
I also appreciated their candid approach. They explained to their customers, while measuring, what would or would not work, or why their approach was the best option. This shows a deeper level of understanding of how clothes work not just in general, but on the person wearing them. I've bought many suits in many different stores and I've never had a tailor say anything like that before.
For me, they took my tuxedo jacket in a few inches, being sure to also adjust the arms for the new size. Instead of modifying the leg opening, which is difficult on tuxedo trousers because of the satin stripe, and would have made the pockets stick out, they instead modified the seat. On pickup, the fit was good, and there were no obvious signs of the alterations. It looked exactly like it did when I dropped it off, but smaller. Nice work. I highly recommend this location.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Donna Y.Prattville, AL5446Oct 15, 2019
