Read Nina S. feed back and BELIEVE IT!! This law firm did the same to me. He took 2500.00 from me to represent me and then he never returned it after he decided not to further represent the case. He is the worst Attorney I have ever dealt with in 50 years of retaining counsel. Do not use this scammer, he will do nothing for you but take your money. He doesn't represent you fairly in court either. Just read the other reviews because they are the same as what I have to say. Called their office to get my money back and I was told that I would get a call from Sris but never did. When I tried to call back I found out that they blocked my number so I couldn't call them. Both lines had blocked my number. Found the 800 number and got through HA! but when Angie answered she was surprised to hear my voice (since I was able to get through). Just got lip service again from her that I would get "a call back from Mr. Sris". NOTHING! They stole my money and hopefully they know that what goes around comes around. You can't do bad things and expect to get away with it, it will catch up to them in the end. Think more than twice before using them. They must be paying for the good reviews that they are getting because I don't believe them for a minute. And yes he was disbarred, don't know how he can still be in practice except that he is good at the game of scamming so he had to have done some sly move to get in practice again. Probably bought his way back in with my money and the others in these reviews.

This firm is just the worst. Sris is simply worthless when it comes to supporting and advising clients. He takes your money and that's that, you won't get a response after you pay. When I came to court, I was there all by myself. He didn't even bother sending me a letter notifying that he reschedule the hearing. The guy was DISBARRED btw, pull up his record. Skip all the fake five-star reviews he buys on Google and his buddies post here. Your chances of winning are much higher if you represent yourself instead of hiring him. Seriously, do not take a chance if your case is serious, he will work with prosecutors to take you down.

Don't walk away from the Sris Law office, Run. I have given then 1 star because Zero stars are not an option. Mr. Sris is condescending, arrogant and not a very good litigator or trial lawyer. He only cares about making money. During my 2years with the firm it went through 5 staff changes, paralegals and attorneys that left the firm. Mr. Ames a junior attorney and paralegal Silvio where excellent and worked on my case at the beginning, they both left and the remaining staff was very incompetent.
Upon Mr. Ames leaving (with no prior notice to me and no explanation by the firm about his whereabouts). I found myself represented by Mr. Sris.
Mr. Sris, is very chauvinistic and if you are a women more reason to not use this firm.
I reported Mr. Sris to the board because I found him to be very incompetent, because of my financial situation and the investment of over $30,000 in my case I found myself being bullied by Mr. Sris into staying with the firm and removing my complaint to the board.
The judgement in my case was cash money and a name change, when I asked Mr. Sris about how I was to go about getting this money. His answer to me was that I was to hire him again or hire another attorney to get this money.
Mr. Sris, talks a good talk but when it comes to deliver you will be highly disappointed and very frustrated.
I truly believe that Mr. Sris, should not be practicing law in the state of VA or in any other state and that his license should be revoked.

If you're a rider in the DMV, you've most likely heard of 211 or skyline drive. If you get caught up, this is the man to talk to. Other lawyers will BS you, but they don't have the skills or connects that he does. I got 112/55 and the Sris Law Group knew it exactly what to do. Trust everything they recommend and you'll be just fine. More than fine. Extremely happy in the outcome #dmvbikelife
