Spring Brook Resort

It was very nice quiet and peaceful. The cabin we got had so much space for all 8 of us. We all really enjoyed it and will be coming back this summer!

Found a great home for our family weekend--our children, their spouses, and grandchildren (ages 5 to 16), a total of 18 people. The game room was a hit, as was the indoor pool at the aquatic center, a short walk away. Evening at the fire pit was great for smores. Plenty of room for people to find their own quiet spaces to relax. Office staff works nights and weekends, and quickly resolved a minor shortage of dishwasher soap and TP.

Lovely four bedroom home. Treed backyard with a view of the lake. A fire pit in the back yard. Great house for a family gathering.

Stayed in Aspen chalet as family of 13 including a baby. Great layout and multiple king beds! Well equipped kitchen. Double kitchen and covered porch tables a real plus. Nice fire pit backing up to forested area. Great indoor and outdoor pools including kiddie pools. Conveniently located to all Dells attractions. Great communication with management and easy access and checkout

My family and I have stayed at Springbrook many times and it's always been an amazing experience. The staff, the service, the homes, are all great. It's hard to choose another place for our family retreat because of our great experience at Springbrook.

Beautiful home and atmosphere. Our crew loved every minute of it. There was plenty of space for everyone. From the firepit to the pool table, there was unlimited entertainment. Will definitely rent this home again!

Could've easily been 5 stars. Had a 3 bedroom and 1 bedroom lodge in Cedar Woods building. Very spacious. Overall, clean. Very nice overall and I was impressed. Everything was nice inside room and had washer and dryer and kitchen. Sports bar and grill is really good. There's a playground that's nice and a pool also. All were enjoyed and appreciated. It's close to all the attractions but feels secluded. If you play golf, then you're in luck too. Looks like a nice course.

Unfortunately, there were just a few details and a major operating system flaw that were frustrating. Our unit had so much dust on ceiling fan, I'm sure it's never been cleaned. Dust on both sides of the blade. Couldn't use it for fear of how much would fly off.
For some reason, outside door has about an inch or inch and half opening at bottom. Door leads to hall and then outside. Seems odd to me, but I'm not in the business. However, somewhat concerning for bugs or rodents to easily just come into unit if they get through outside door.
And not sure when outside doors are supposed to lock (have a key card slide to open) , but they were open without a card needed around 11pm.
Lastly, we were supposed to have a king bed in our room of the three bedroom (larger room), but the layout was different and larger room had two double beds. So we had to sleep separately (needed larger room due to baby / toddler in there). This would be ok, except one of the mattresses made you sink so far down it was hard to get out.
All of that is not a huge deal. What is, is having an emergency, after hours number to call for assistance and never returning the phone call. Key cards stopped working for our one bedroom unit (probably because son put it by a credit card). Called the emergency number around 1020pm and left message for Mira. Waited and called back multiple times. Then called main number and the message gave an extension to reach maintenance. Same thing. Left voicemail, called back repeatedly, no response. Thankfully, the security guy saw us checking doors at bar around 11pm to see if anyone over there and used master key to let us in for the night until we could get new keys in morning. You cannot have an emergency number listed and not operate it as advertised - especially at the price of the unit. This isn't a cheap motel. Had the security guy not happened upon us, and had we not had another unit, we would've had to get another hotel for the night. Or call police if medications, etc were in room that were needed. Very disappointing and still no follow up call to apologize, despite voicemails and front desk stating they would look into it.
With that, I'd definitely stay again, but would make sure keys didn't get close to credit cards or phone

The website said they were open. So we were an hour early. They weren't even the least bit welcoming or friendly. Don't think we'll try again when they do open.
