Sport Clips Haircuts

All good here from my experience, first time at this location was just closer to my work for lunch time. They gave a free MVP option for my first time and cut was great as expected! High fade with hard part cut in. Staff was friendly and will have this location as one of my favorites. Price is fair compared to local barber shops around I've been charged or quoted higher for the same cut I get here so sports clips is now my go to first choice price being a factor.

Don't have an app check in system and have it reflect the wrong times was told it was a 10min wait after an hour I just left after I was told appts come 1st. I'd go visit another location avoid this one.

I've been going to Sport Clips for several years now, and almost always get a great haircut at a fair price. I went today, and Jen did a really nice job on the hair. I had expected to have to wait a bit, since there are usually at least a couple of guys ahead of me, but today, not the case. I got right in, and Jen did a thorough job.

My only two knocks on the place are the check in and check out computer setup is a bit cumbersome and kludgy at times. Also, (and this is a preference issue) is that ESPN has laid off so many people lately that their shows are often just not very good. Fox Sports is a bit better. Again ... preference.

horrible cutting, staff doesn't listen/do the right job. they always say they will but the job is always ended up 100x worse, this has happened consistently with multiple occurences and multiple people.

Registered in the app to go on the waitlist at appx. 1:30, was told it's an hour's wait, be here at 2:30. I arrive at 2:25 to be told "we called your name an hour ago and took you off the list." One stylist, Vanessa, was able to see me next, while the other was incredibly rude and made several comments to the customer she was working on about how busy they are, and people skipping the line. Haircut was fine, Vanessa was helpful, but overall experience needs serious work.

I can't even describe how disappointed I am. This place used to be so good. Besides for my hair being an absolute disaster today, this place is just consistently bad. For over 3 years straight they would always ask me if I get "a 4 all over" and I would always say no I haven't gotten that hair cut in 7 years....then after telling them what I do get, no one would ever change it in the computer and get asked the same thing next time.

And today was terrible. She didn't listen to what I asked for and just her own thing. It is crazy uneven and just looks terrible. She didn't even cut half of my hair. It's still the same length!!! You couldn't pay me to go back. I mean do y'all even check to see if people can cut hair before you hire them?

These boys enjoy their haircuts here. The environment is perfect for little men. They can watch sports and get a clean cut. They move the customers through pretty quickly if they scheduled correctly. How things have changed since I was a kid. Juan, who cut my hair when I was a kid, had me chopped up looking like I feel asleep before all the other kids at a sleep over.

First visit for my son and haircut was OK but not what my husband instructed to do. The back was shaved unevenly and shaved too much on the bottom right. Had to go home and fix it myself. See photo.

I went in with a coupon for a free first time customer MVP haircut, which the staff assured me in advance would be honored. I got a very rushed basic haircut, and after it was over, I was informed that the coupon would not be accepted. I have in the past had both better quality haircuts and better service from inside Wal-Mart.

I starting going here when the shop opened back in the early 2000's and have never had a bad haircut! Go see Sue, Lin, or Van and you'll get a perfect haircut. I like the online check-in tool so you know your person is there and about when to show up to reduce the wait time!
