SpinZone Laundry

This is the shittiest laundromat I have ever been to. More than 1/2 of the machines are out of order and the employees act like their too busy to have time for customers. Do not go there! Do not.

Great selection of washers and dryers, great staff but, always supper busy! Only laundromat I'll go to

Linda, an employee, was very nice and helpful. I am from out of town and Linda suggested some places to visit in Austin.

I like like there's a machine to get coins, which the other laundromat didn't have. But I had a little trouble with the machines for some reasons the washers wouldn't take my coins.

F*** this place, I came here to do my laundry, since the machines usually say 30 min but actually take 45 min I decided to get a coffee real quick, when I came three viejas(old ladies) had taken over my area and the worker, named Linda, had taken out my clothes and put it in a basket! Apparently these were friends of Linda and they didn't want to use the machines that cost 25 cents more and so they just decided to take my stuff out and stand over me until I took out all of my clothes from the other machines. In case you're looking for the Spanish way to categorize these b***** the word is pendejas. I don't know where tf your nasty hands have been so this is the last time I will come here. P.s. I'm a Mexican so trust me I know a pendeja when I see one.

They get one star for several reasons. First off I stood at the desk for a good 5 minutes while I watched two different workers ignore me and continue to fold clothes and watch TV. Finally I walked over to one of them to see if she could break a $20 bill cuz I only had to do one load of laundry. Apparently it's against the policy to break a $20 bill. SO I put it in the change machine so I got to 80 quarters to do one load of laundry. Okay my fault but the lady didn't have to smirk so f*** this place. Incidently, I went to the same type of brand laundry place off Oltorf and they were very nice and broke my $20 bill just for 5 days ago.

I have been going here since ive moved to austin and been putting my clothes in the same washer..... creature of habit....... I noticed that the water level and wash is not the same as it was before and I informed one of the attendant there but he was not much help at all. Finally he said talk to the manager. The manager was nice enough to say to get this check. Then in the end this attendant came back put a rug in there and said look it works. I was disappointed by how my complaint was managed.

Went and tried another washer. My clothes came out clean and smelling like my clothes got washed. I need to look for another washeteria. The wash costs me 2.75 for medium soil cycle. The dryer cost me 1.25 for 35 minutes but my clothes is still slightly damp all the time. It's really not worth it....$4 a load every week. Too expensive.

Nasty filthy non working machines rude unhelpful staff machines leave your clothes wet I guess to spend more money drying Other Spun Zones are COOL! AVOID THIS COVID BREEDING ZONE!!!

Wow!!! Where do I begin....I will never be coming back here. You are more than welcome to use this establishment if you don't mind being treated like a second class citizen. Everything there is outdated and old and worthless. Even the attendant who can't even keep the place clean. I put $40 cash into the machine to get a card to use the Machines. I load my clothes only to find out I received a blank card!!!! My money was stolen from me at a laundromat. After notifying the attendant on duty. He called someone who was no help. They refused to give me my money back. I insisted they check the video cameras that I know recorded me when I walked in and put the money into the machine. So long story short I had to call the police!!!! Never thought the cops would have to be involved with me getting my laundry done. Worst service ever!!!! Save yourself the time and money and do your laundry business where.

I came here for the first time today. The place looks decently clean considering I did not see a single employee the whole time. I even called and let the phone ring for a while. This would be a tiny issue if I and others were able to use the bathrooms. They keep them locked. Live and learn I guess. They should step up their game though. Good luck.
