Bought a brand new vape, I paid 100$ and the first day I had it, it wouldn't stop leaking, I called and they told me that the owner would call me. Two days later I had to call back this time he said he would text me, still nothing, they won't help you or warranty their products they sale, this place is trash for that! Don't buy anything from there if you want to have the security of purchasing a product.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. The employees are friendly and helpful. I used to not know what type of flavors I liked, so they would suggest a couple and let me smell them, and I soon found my favorite brand/flavor. If they're out of stock, which happens especially because COVID has everything on backorder, they're incredibly helpful and work to find something that I will like instead. They have a fantastic stock of vape juice, although they are slightly pricey, but that's to be expected for a small-ish shop.

I used to live a three minute walk away so it was my go-to place. I've since moved up by UWM, but I still go well out of my way to come here because I like them that much. I can't recommend this place enough!

Forgot her name but she is my New Knife Lady. I love this store it has all kinds of different things. Wraps, papers, insects... etc. I brought my guy back with me to get some stuff as well. I'll be going back up here definitely!

The knowledge on the item's that was being sold was limited to none on a good majority of the item's . When I returned to the store to tell them the torch lighter that was sold to me wasn't going to cut it. When I tried return it because he didnt give me a recitebeforethen trys saying it was a differentprice then what i bought it the day before.There was a sign that said by one peice of glass get the other half off I ask the same person that told me the torch lighter was going to work then starts making up rules as he's goes.

Good smoke shop a lot of variety and a lot of cool bongs and pieces good vapes overall good store

So, my first check in for this place was actually for the location at the mall, a store I haven't been in in ages, by mistake.

This location is NOTHING like that location. This store is strictly all hookahs, incense, and accouterments. The fragrance of the various "goods" hits you as soon as you open the door. Overpowering? A bit, but in a good way, not the guy who took a bath in his cologne sort of way.

The varieties of shisha and incense are seemingly endless. I saw hookahs 2-3 feet tall and one the size of a pony keg!

I look forward to a return visit!

This is the smoke shop to go to! All of the employees here are super nice & helpful! They have never not had what I needed & are way more reasonably priced than any other vape/smoke shop i've been to in the area!

It can be a bit pricey, but I've never had better service. I went in looking for hookah tobacco, but had no idea what we wanted. The man ended up opening a couple flavors and let me smell them to see what I wanted. He told me he would buy the ones I didn't like because he loved them that much. Money well spent and great service!!

Prices are wayyyyy to high. Almost double the prices on hookah and shisha compared to nearby competitors. There is however a great selection though. The hookahs places throughout the store are garbage and way overpriced. The tobacco is good but again way too overpriced.

Best service, best prices. And I'm not just saying that. Like I mean it. Great place. And the owner will take care of you whatever you need.
