Sparkle Clean was a phenomenal experience! Quick responses, great pricing, arrived right on time and the two gentle men were very nice and professional. I appreciate the honesty and advice on how often one should do maintenance on parts of the house. You don't see that often, so it was refreshing! I requested the dryer vent clean out and gutter cleaning. I had mentioned I had to be at school , so they were kind enough to come out earlier and starting with the dryer to accommodate my schedule (very appreciative!!). They made quick work of the dryer and moved onto the gutter. They moved swiftly and were conscientious of the items around them. When I came home my gutters were cleaned out, no muss, no fuss!

I needed window washing, one of the tasks that you just can't get done, next thing you know it's been way too long and needs major help. I looked all over for a service company, didn't find a lot of (reputable) choices. Then luckily was referred to Sparkle Clean, and these guys were great. Responded right away to my request for a quote; did business with a real written quote and noting the details - I had asked for a couple of specifics like oiling the natural wood frame, no problem. While you're here with the tall ladders to do the lofted windows, can you clean the chandelier too - yes. What, you can clear 15 years of lint out of my dryer vent line that has never been cleaned - sure thing. Their price was in the ballpark of the other quote I got, and so much more professional.

The crew was the boss Arie and 2 workers, everyone arrived right on time, did a quick survey of the work and got organized. They moved furniture where needed, did the casings/sills and inside glass first, exterior glass last with a final rinse of deionized water to prevent spots. My windows haven't been this clean since construction. Everyone obviously had done many of these jobs before, they worked as a team and were hard workers with no wasted time. They did a final quality walk through with me and spotted a couple smears that I didn't even see and got those. Now I can focus on the view without focusing on how the windows need to be cleaned!

I contacted Sparkle Clean to have my gutters cleaned at the rear of the house. They responded to my request for a quote quickly and provided me the information that I needed in a very professional manner. They arrived on time, their technicians were knowledgable and friendly, and their work was excellent. They made sure the gutters were clear of all debris and flushed with water to make sure the downspouts were clear. They also provide other services, such as window cleaning, blind cleaning, roof cleaning, and soft washing the exterior of your house. They will be first on my list to contact when I need these services again.

They were very professional and the job was done as promised. I would definitely use them again.
