Loved the service! Called in for a quote, and the owner called me back - really detailed in terms of getting to know what I want (type of machine, size of sofa, etc.) for a very reasonable price.

I was so thrilled to find Sparkle Carpet & Upholstery Care to clean a bedroom and walk in closet that needed treatment for a few pet stains and traffic areas. When I called, I was pleasantly surprised to receive several return texts and calls from the owner himself. Kevin is super knowledgeable and pleasant. He understood what I needed and came prepared. He pretreated the spots and did a wonderful job of both cleaning and deodorizing the rooms. They were left smelling clean and fresh. He was prompt. After working with Sponge and Sparkle in the past, I decided to try out their carpet-cleaning arm. I spoke with Jeff on the phone and set up an appointment. He even called back when an earlier appointment was available to offer it to me. When I had to reschedule (due to prolonged house painting), it wasn't a problem.

Corey arrived promptly for the service appointment, walked through the house to verify the square footage, and verified what the cost would be before he started, explaining that there's a 10% discount for it being vacant. He then promptly got to work, and finished in less time than he'd estimated.

The carpets looked so good when he was finished! Clean and fluffy and no stains or spots! He gave me shoe covers so that we could inspect it together and make sure that I was satisfied. He even called his boss to check whether or not they took Discover card (which they don't, insert Family Guy reference here...). All in all it was an excellent experience which I highly recommend.

Best Carpet Cleaner EVER! Professional, courteous, and does an amazing job. There was an area of carpet on the stairs that our puppy chewed up. He was able to use some spare carpet and patch up the area. Great service!

Kevin came by to look at recent stains on the couch from spilled soda. After working on the couch for a while, the stain came out and the couch looks like new! The quality of Sparkle's work is top notch and their customer service (and follow-up) is amazing. They are now my go-to company for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
