I recently visited this spa for the first time upon the recommendation of my colleagues and a Groupon purchase for a Deluxe Manicure.
Overall, I was very impressed! It's a warm family-run business and it's evident that their clients are return customers by how they're greeted and the atmosphere.
Marcia provided excellent and thorough services including a hand/arm scrub and mask, and nail services including cuticle work, filing, cutting, and a polish. She also provided a very nice hand/arm massage!
Overall, I was quite pleased with the service here!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cecilia P.Sarnia, Canada02Nov 29, 2019
I give this place a 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Quite honestly the worst nails I have ever walked out of an establishment with, and I've been getting my nails done for 5+ years. They were so messy and thick I nearly cried. As soon as I got home my friend totally redid them, we could not fathom how disgusting they were. Not to mention the employees legs and I were crammed together for about an hour and a half and she was very nosey; did not pass the vibe check. The nail lady also charged me $50 when they were probably worth about $0.50 if that!! If it wasn't for a gift card I had been given, there is absolutely no way I would've paid. Save yourself time, and never EVER go here.

Called to see if they had any cancellations that I could fill in for a quick haircut because I'm leaving for vacation in 2 days. The woman who answered the phone said she would check for me. Then she asks how I heard about them. I told them online. She says, "okay, but how online?" (Like it matters?) I reply, "from Groupon" and she says "well we definitely don't have anything today and we're closed tomorrow so..." I just hung up. Why do you put a groupon online for your business if you clearly don't want people using it? You can try to fit me in if I pay full price but if I use a groupon - which your company offered - well then forget it!

I was treated to a very racist and bigoted manicure. As if that wasn't enough, they didn't soften my cuticles before pushing them down and trimming them (ouch) and they have I think about 12 colours to choose from for nail polish. AND this was a groupon transaction in which I had ordered a shellac manicure but instead was given the "shellac application" which is a less involved service that also costs less. I was still at the salon when I learned this and wasn't positive that I was being shorted at the time, but I double checked when I got home and sure enough I was right!!!
The owner's daughter was the one who did my manicure and the prejudice she displayed was absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable. I don't recommend this place at all.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - P ..London, Canada01Nov 21, 2017
I went for a colour and cut and am never ever going back. I wouldn't trust anyone in this place with a bang trim. Even the owner's hair looked terrible, that should've been my first clue. And it's not like you're saving money by going here, but the interior might make you think you are.

I recently had a deluxe mani/pedi done at Spada's village salon. I was not at all happy with the service. It started with being rushed through the appointment, an appointment that was supposed to be 2 hours was done in 1, certain parts of the deluxe mani/pedi were not being done as explained in the initial booking. Near the end after my nails had been painted, The esthetician still needed to wipe off a mask that had been left on my arms, upon wiping off the mask, she as well wiped some of the polish off on one of the nails. When I politely asked if she could touch the one nail up, she repeatedly told me that the nails were dry, and that was not her, which I found hard to believe when it was visibly noticeable that there was a difference on that nail, you could see my nail underneath. After asking here politely to touch it up, she then shut down and didn't speak to me the rest of the appointment which made it very uncomfortable, when she was finished she just got up and walked out, and when I stood up to see where she was I noticed she was at reception waiting for me to check out. I was shocked by just making one small little comment made this women react like this, I was very upset by this, especially when I spent 80$ on this service and was treated so horrible. I did tip, even though after that experience I don't feel she deserved it, but I feel bad not tipping for these type of services, however they will never get my business back again!
