I really love Spa O. I waited four times before reviewing just to make sure the first couple visits weren't flukes. After today's mani/pedi I can say with certainty that this place is great. Consistent, quality service each time.

The staff is very professional and friendly. Upon entering, I've always been greeted with a big smile. As far as the nail techs, I particularly like Jin-Jin, who did a really nice job working with my toe nails that have a tendency to become ingrown. She spent a full 50 minutes on my pedicure. Heavenly for the price. You'd never get that around the corner.

Spa O has nice massage chairs, awesome-smelling lotion for the leg massage, and a choice of green tea or lemon soak for your manicure. They use OPI and Essie nail polish and somehow each pedicure I've had here lasts for weeks!

The atmosphere is relaxing and chill with nice spa music playing. They also play movies, but you'll need to sit close to read the subtitles. I really appreciate that they don't have the movie blaring, but it would be amazing if they offered wireless headphones!

Be sure to bring cash to tip. You can't include it with your credit card.

Very satisfied with the manicures and pedicures and at a very affordable price in comparison to other places. Staff aren't as chatty as some of the highly rated places, but they are kinder to the customers. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is that it is sometimes hard to reach someone by telephone to make an appointment.

I have been getting my nails done religiously for over 15 years and I have to say this was my worst experience yet. I had a set of acrylics on and asked to have them taken off and a manicure done.
The first lady that worked on my nails had me soak my hands in acetone then drilled the wet acrylic off, she was in such a hurry and didn't care about the service she was providing. It flew all over me, in my face on my clothes, just ridiculous.
Then the lady that works the registration counter finished my manicure. She made my nails so sharp that I had to file them myself.
It hasn't even been a week and this is what my nails look like.
They left the front doors open, there were flies all around me while I patiently waited to be finished and let me tell you, I couldn't wait to leave.
Terrible service all around. I would be embarrassed if I were them. Instead they just rolled their eyes and talked about me right in front of my face. And no, I don't just speak English.

I love this nail spa. I have come here regularly for quite a few years before the pandemic. Today was my first day back. I had a pedicure. I have to say I was not impressed. My toes are misshapen. The polish on my big toe has ridges. I was so looking forward to the service I used to get here. I will go again and try somebody else. I also felt like she didn't spend that much time on my feet.

Spa O is a beautifully decorated salon located across the street from Tasty Dog and next to Fantastic Cuts. Being new to the area, I decided to try their body waxing service in lieu of routinely driving more than 30 minutes away. Upon confirming their hours on Sunday, I proceeded to make a same day appointment.

Once I arrived, the receptionist who was relatively monotone over the phone, informed the esthetician that I had arrived. Moments later, I was escorted to the skin care room which was small but neat and clean. Getting comfortable was more difficult than I had expected but it went well overall. She took her time and was very pleasant.

After leaving, I noticed there were still a few unwanted hairs so I will have to circle back, but all things considered I would definitely consider making this my new go to place as it is much closer to home.

Sometimes you need an appointment, they do walking-ins when they're not busy.

I've been here 3 times for walk-in pedicures because although the services are average (3/5) and overpriced, the place is walking distance from home therefore super convenient. I'm low maintenance and mostly just get pedis for the massage.
The receptionist is not in the least friendly but I that doesn't really make it or break it for me because I only have to interact with her while checking in and paying. The rest of the staff is okay. Not mean, not very friendly. The first two pedicures were average like I said. Today however, was awful and I definitely won't be choosing convenience over quality anymore. I got a pedicure from a guy I hadn't seen there before. It was so painful and the results were ugly. Not even average- just straight up bad. He somehow managed to scrape my ankle in the process. No apologies. I've attached pictures for your reference. I think this is unacceptable for a $30 basic pedi. So make wise choices, y'all.

I was at the nail salon for over an hour and a half to do and no chip manicure. The woman doing my manicure was digging her nails into my skin the whole time. She looked angry the whole time. I asked her a question as to why she was doing my nails the way she was, because she was only doing two nails at a time, and she ignored me until I asked her again and she got angry because I asked her a question. I think it's fair to ask questions when you are paying for a service. The way she did my nails looks like I got my nails done last week. They look grown now, as well as dull. I literally just walked out of the nail salon. There's also a hair stuck to my nail! Wow, truly a waste of my $40.
Top it off, the whole staff is super negligent. The phone would ring and no one would answer. They were in the back the whole time talking. Customers kept walking in to asking to get their nails done and they told them that they were fully booked when they were just sitting in back.
It will definitely be my first and the last time that I go to this establishment.

Our nail specialists were amazing. The salon was great. I don't know why this salon has any negative reviews. But they were so sweet with my 4 year old daughter and I. We will definitely be back! Becky was one the nail technician! She was very attentive, did a great job with my nails. She was also very helpful and so sweet to interact with my daughter. This was definitely a great start to my daughters birthday weekend. This was her first manicure and pedicure and she was so happy!

Great place. They do a wonderful job. Would give recommendations to go there. Everyone is very nice and kind. Jane is my nail tech. She does a wonderful job.
