Incredible. I had a facial and it was probably the most relaxed I've ever felt. I like about an hour away and I know where I'll be asking gift cards for for every holiday. Great experience overall! We had brunch downstairs and then afternoon treatments!

AMAZING!! Susan and Rebecca were amazing and everyone was so friendly. Incredible service and welcoming facility. Very clean. They have showers which was really nice. We want to come back from Detroit just to get a massage from here!

Skye is literally a goddess. I was only in town for seven days but had to go back because she was phenomenal. Tip her well..she deserves every penny

I'd like to say it was an amazing massage but it wasn't. I was specific in what I wanted (not too hard but not a "fluff and buff." I definitely got the later,

It's a beautiful spa in a beautiful hotel. My daughters also got massages and loved theirs. I guess it's just a matter of what you want.

I was in town for a week on business and had a day where I could not leave downtown due to time constraints. I called the spa and they had an opening that afternoon that worked perfect with my schedule. I booked an hour full body massage.

When I arrived early I was greeted warmly and handed a strawberry and cucumber infused water and a glass of champagne...so they instantly worked a positive review on that note! Lol

The only reason I didn't provide 5 stars is they did not ask me if I was ok with a male massage therapist. So I was surprised when I went into the room with a man. HOWEVER....ask for Jamal if you go in for a massage! The man is skilled and does an amazing job. He is also super sweet and a great conversationalist.

I enjoyed my time there and recommend highly.

My husband and I booked a couple's massage and facial for our honeymoon weeks in advance. We called the morning of to confirm that everything was good to go (they called us the day before to confirm but we were on a plane and couldn't answer) and were first told that our reservation was nowhere to be found. We were then told that they could only find a massage for one person and no facial. We were told that the woman who originally booked us was training and was responsible for the mishap. Lance, which is who we talked to, was extremely rude and hung up on us when we asked him to look for other days to get our full requested services. Who knows how the quality of massages are, but I am aghast at how inhospitable the people running this business were. If you want to relax, go elsewhere.

The response below (& that Lance laughed at it) should tell you everything you need to know about this business. We understand that mistakes happen, but it was the unwarranted rudeness on behalf of the staff that ultimately convinced us to go elsewhere.

I had won a raffle on Facebook and got a Gift card to Spa Aria! The full package, 1hr massage, custom facial, mani and pedi! Upon arriving they sent me straight the bathroom Which is also a room for your belongings in locked lockers which you carry the key! Also there a robe, slippers, & a towel waiting for you if you wanted to shower after! Let me say!!! I had the best experience! I was relaxed the whole entire time. From start to finish everything was excellent! Definitely will be back!

One of the best massages I've had probably ever! I woke up with a neck spasms and overall already planned to get a massage! I lucked up and got a same day appointment. I have no regrets what so freaking ever and I can't wait to go back.

Spa Aria is a great, locally-owned option in NOLA. The service is warm, caring, and capable. It's small and peaceful, tucked away in the Hotel Monteleone. I had an excellent massage, scrub, and pedicure (my feet were seriously NSFW). They're not so much hair-and-nails focused as spa treatments and facials, but if you need to shut off your phone and shut out the noise, this is a GREAT place to do it.
