I could not be any more disappointed---or angry. They were to install tile in my new shower. They did not come when scheduled AND, did not have the courtesy to call and explain. One week passed---I called back and was told he would find out the problem and call me right back. That has now been 2 more weeks!!!!!!!! My contractor also made numerous calls and his calls were not returned!! A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY!!!!! I would never ever use them and will not recommend them!!!! Marty S

After we purchased the flooring, we felt like our salesperson sort of put us on the backburner as far as scheduling the installation was concerned, like we were definitely not her most important customers. The installers were great but the sales lady was slow about getting all the trim we needed. /We made the mistake of paying before the last trim was installed. If we hadn't already paid, surely we would have gotten better service.

Very disappointing experience with this business! The installers did poor trim work, they left appliances pulled out and unplugged, a piece of wood on my kitchen island was damaged and furniture was not protected leaving at least 2-3 inches of dust on my furniture. Some dust was definitely expected but this was extreme! All before I was to host Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends! Not happy!

Great place, lots of selection, carpet and wood. They came out and installed tile in my hallway, helped and advise me on the ways to lay out the design. Bought carpet from them later, had an issue with the main seam. I called an asked for the saleslady to come take a look. She agreed and the installers came back, made it right. My carpet is beautiful.

This business is outstanding. Ask for Max, he is an expert in his field. They stay true to their schedule and the installers are second to none. So thrilled with my experience here!
