Southwest Blinds & Shutters

We had motorized roller shades installed today and are so pleased with the entire process. Our designer, Rob, was so helpful and well informed during the design and sales process. The scheduler, I believe her name was Stephanie, was incredibly kind. Our installer, Kevin, did a wonderful job. We ordered our custom blinds and had them installed in less than a month. I received next-day installation once the blinds arrived. I was kept up to date during the entire project with weekly emails. I wish more companies could operate at this level of excellence, I am genuinely impressed and so happy with the results!

We needed a quote for all of our windows. Patty was so knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonable prices and clear estimates.

We had some blinds converted to motorized ones and are very happy with the result. Want to give a shout out to our installer Adam. He patiently answered our questions and did a thorough job of demonstrating how to operate the blinds and charge the motors.

Tyler and Cisco, our installers, were professional and courteous. The shutters dramatically changed the feel of the house. The team at Southwest Blinds was a pleasure to work with.

I happened to see the location in the Peoria area of AZ and walked in to see Julie. They had great samples in the show room and she advised me to call TJ for an appointment to discuss options and prices.
Booked my appointment and saw TJ, where he was so friendly and courteous. I was able to discuss what I wanted and he helped choose and design every room in my new build home. They also have great pay options which I utilized. They came out to measure and the order has been placed.
So far they have made it pretty easy and really enjoyable.

Everything was just great. Luke was very helpful and all the shades and shutters I picked out look great in my new condo...Service was great and the company kept in touch almost every week. I highly recommend Southwest Blinds and Shutters. Very caring staff...

I write this Yelp review having received service from Southwest Blinds & Shutters via Costco in Las Vegas and my contract indicates that the operation is from Gilbert, Arizona, thus why I am posting it here.

From the initial sales person Michael coming to show us options to the installation of our window coverings by Anthony just yesterday, we are very pleased with our end result and the service Southwest Blinds have provided.

Having recently remodeled a home, we are use to hiccups, delays and disappointments that come with contractors working in your home. We set the bar low, so we can manage the expectation of nobody ever being on time, nobody communicating well, there are always delays and as a homeowner you are often stuck. Southwest Blinds is how I wish our experience was with other businesses who have worked in our home.

Southwest Blinds were always on time, they were clear and consistent in communication, Tawnie in the office was easily reachable, the quality of our Graber product is excellent and we feel we got a great value. Because quality window coverings don't come cheap, it is nice to feel your time, money and patronage is appreciated and valued. I feel like a valued customer, thank you.

Be it in Arizona or if you walk into Costco in Las Vegas (Summerlin), I would not hesitate to recommend Southwest Blinds and Shutters to someone for their investment of window coverings in their home.
