Southampton Limousine

A fantastic option, since I wasn't sure if ride services like Lyft or Uber would be available in that area... or if they were, whether they'd be able to provide rides to/from the Toronto airport all the way to Niagara Falls area (~1.5 hour drive time). Hence, we took a chance with Southampton Limousine based on their positive Yelp reviews, which were quite few and not the most recent, but we decided to give them a try because every other company had mixed reviews. Glad we went with them, as they certainly did not disappoint!

Great communication -- quick response time and addressed all my questions and concerns. Willing to accommodate last minute pick-ups if able. They were able to provide same day booking/reservation confirmation when I emailed them the morning of for an afternoon transport, which I was *very much* grateful for (thank you, Kristina!!).

Fair pricing for the level of service you get. Of course, a private car service of this calibur is going to cost a little more, but it's well worth it, because the car's very clean and well-cared for; the driver we had (shout-out to Mike!) was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about th Niagara area/Canada and life in general lol; we got provided with door-to-door service -- we felt like VIPs when we got picked up and dropped off in their black Lincoln Town car.

If you don't mind spending a few extra bucks for comfort, convenience, and peace of mind, then Southampton Limousine is the way to go! Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend this car service. We were picked up at the airport right on time (even though our flight was 30+ minutes early; they were tracking!) Our driver was friendly and actually quite helpful. He grew up in the area, and he had some solid advice on where to eat/what to see. It was a little pricey, but well worth it to not have to stress out about crossing the border and finding our way around.

When I called to confirm our Town Car service for our arrival and departure from Niagara Falls, New York, I was surprised to find out that I was speaking with the Carmen, the owner of Southampton Limousine. I explained my husband's medical condition to him and felt it was in his best interest to travel in a Town Car rather than a cab. Carmen and I spoke about many different things. I felt we were friends for many years. When we arrived in Niagara Falls, over forty-minutes late, to our surprise our driver was still there waiting for us - but not with a Town Car but with a limo. I told him that we ordered a Town Car and he told us the upgrade was from Carmen. On the morning we left we were waiting for the Town Car when all of a sudden our driver appeared again with the limousine...again the upgrade compliments of Carmen. Our drive was such a great man. He was very personable and he too seemed like a friend you had your entire lifetime. Although our entire trip to Niagara Falls was wonderful and truly needed, we had the best time being driving in the limousine.

I visited Niagara on the Lake/Niagara Falls for a wine tasting tour with my 5 friends this past summer for my "bachelorette." My friends hired South Hampton to provide transportation for us from our hotel, to about 7 wineries, and back to our hotel in July 2016. We had the BEST experience!! Our driver, Lou, made the trip unforgettable for us. He was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He showed us some of the historic areas of Niagara on the lake and answered many of our questions while taking us to our first winery. He was so proud of the community and we really enjoyed seeing the beautiful area. He was super helpful in bringing us to wineries we would enjoy. Lou showed top of the line customer service. He drove safely, opened the doors for us, helped us in and out, and helped us load in our wine we purchased!! Having Lou and his knowledge of the area and personality made our experience wonderful. I highly recommend him if you're looking for an upscale wine tour in which you don't have to worry about tasting and driving and following directions in an area you're unfamiliar with. He even allowed us to listen to our own (fun and loud) music! :) thanks Lou for making our trip so special!
