Sonic Drive-In

Very disappointed
Sent my adult son for some half price blasts and snacks for my granddaughter
Says he gave them the code treat for the blasts today and took the order after giving the clerk the credit card and left . One of the blasts was incorrect,no cheese sauce for the pretzel either
Since I am paying saw the receipt and was charged full price for the blasts. Called to ask them to refund due to their error but would not. No comps or anything
They did not care.

We stopped by the Pueblo West Sonic. They were busy!! We asked a question of Julianna who answered very courteously and when she dropped our order, she was very polite! The Rt. 44 limeades were just what we needed!! Great job!

I've now been to this Sonic two times and I really wanted to give it a chance because it's been one of my favorite fast food restaurants since I was a kid. I'm not sure whether it's the young students working there or just a lack of caring but I am thoroughly disappointed. The first time I went I was met with rude comments about how I shouldn't be asking for their ice because they have a limited quantity and if I need two bags that leaves one less bag for somebody else who might need it. I was then called back and told that I could come and get my two bags of ice by the manager and not treated any better by the person who brought it out. Today I went hoping for God knows when they treated me so badly last time I really didn't know what I was expecting. Today I ordered their chicken box meal whatever you call it the number 11 on the menu I was told yet again that they had no onion rings and that they were saving onion rings that they did have for people who did online orders because they deserved them more than the customer showing up to the actual restaurant. When I looked inside the box not only did I get disheartened by the portion sizes being smaller now but also by the fact that my chicken looks burnt. I didn't realize it was so hard to fry chicken that comes pre-breaded and pre-cooked to you. It's drier than a sandbox on a hot summer day. On top of all of that they've apparently changed the recipe on the famous strawberry limeade. When looking at it in color you can tell immediately that it is different, when I pointed this out and told the car hop that it didn't even taste like strawberry limeade and it just tasted like Sprite she told me that's because they are doing less simple syrup in each of them. So I paid for a route 44 Sprite and not a strawberry limeade. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be giving this place another chance I'm gonna have to go all the way to Colorado Springs or maybe even Denver in order to get the sonic craving that I need.

Great service! Great food. Awesome cheese sticks and tater tots! Chicken sandwich beats McDonald's, Burger King and Yes sorry to say KFC! Josie is the the best I Love her! Thank you team Josie for Great service!

Hot food fast service even though they had to take extra time to ring up my order because the screen was broke they did that quickly they were polite should've tipped her. Update 7/16/18 best slouch ever with so many marching cherries, food good and great quick polite service.

It's Sonic so it's not bad. The speakers are loud and a bit distorted.

I got the molten cake sundae, fudge brownie. Could always use more toppings but it was fine.

They are a little slower than I thought they would be, but that place is rocking at times. Nice staff, and I always tip.

Cannot get an order right, even after 2 trys and the quality of the good was terrible. French fries full of black spots, chicken fingers cooked to a hard rubber and no dipping sauce even after trying 2 times to get it right.

THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG! Well, at least I thought they did. Here's a breakdown of what happened:

1) I drive up to the intercom while GF is on the phone.
2) I press red the button. About 30 seconds later, I got a response. Good response time!
3) I order a number #2, the Supersonic Cheeseburger meal (double beef, double cheese).
4) About 3 minutes later, the lady comes out with my food. She had this unwelcome attitude when I gave her a tip. Maybe I shouldn't have given her the tip.
5) I get back to the hotel only to find I got a number #6 instead.
6) As I was about to go back and correct the order, GF on the phone corrects me and says that I did in fact say #6.

Okay, I admit it; I got my own order wrong. Besides, I wasn't really that mad because I'm cool with a Chicken Toaster anyway. Minus one star that creepy character walking around soliciting other people in their cars for I-don't-know-what. Other than that, this Sonic is pretty much an average fast food joint.

They got almost the entire order wrong, forgot a sandwich, and we waited 10 mins and went in for the manager to say it's our problem not his and if we wanted our food we would have to pay for it again.
