TLDR: Skip the trip and go to Bojangles instead.
Don't waste your time here. Ordering is a hassle since communication through the speakers is poor (and not just through ours). Food takes about 20 minutes to arrive at your car. Plus it's poor quality for the price. We ordered popcorn chicken, pretzel twist, ice cream, tator tots, and mozzarella sticks. The tator tots were the highlight of the meal. The popcorn chicken would have been better plain, but the options were Buffalo or Honey BBQ sauce. We chose Buffalo hoping it would be on the side. No luck, the chicken was covered in Buffalo sauce. It was not good and unfortunately was discarded. We ended up driving straight to Bojangles after for chicken. The pretzel twist was warm, soft, salty, and greasy, overall not bad. Ice cream and mozzarella sticks were okay. I do like how easy the menu is to read, paying by card through the kiosk, and how they display the items ordered as you request them. This allowed us to correct the errors. After correcting during the ordering process, our meal was accurate. Serious. How can you screw up an order with THREE ITEMS? Are your employees high or something? We were missing all the ingredients in the burger and didn't get any condiments-all of which we asked for. This is literally not rocket science. I've been trying to call for half an hour and your phone is busy. Maybe you took it off the hook because so many people were calling to complain. This place should be closed down and this is my last time ordering from you. I'm sick of this. Every single time orders are wrong. Done

stopped from out of town... speaker wasn't working the employee couldn't hear anything we said she was very rude and short with us and slushy machine was broken and they couldn't make milkshakes...

Service was terrible waited over 15 minutes for food when we were the only customer. Food order was 100% incorrect even after repeating my order to them multiple times. Could not reach staff to notify them of incorrect order to fix it over the phone. Do not eat at this location!!!

The drive thru speaker needs to be fixed. The employees taking the orders can never hear what you're saying and they make you literally yell your order out and when they can't hear you they get an attitude. Customer service is worse with every visit but food is normally ok but this time around it was horrible. I could definitely tell the chicken patty was old because it was very burnt and extremely soggy/greasy. $27 for 2 combos and a small order of stale popcorn chicken that they automatically decided to make medium and not even give us medium drinks or tots. Do not waste your hard earned money here.

This sonic isn't firing on all cylinders. But I do not know of a Sonic that is. That seems to be the going reputation for these folks. Orders are often wrong. Slow moving drive thru. They do have excellent drink and dessert choices however. I'm not a huge fan of their food.

My 61 year old sister went in there last night and had an issue with two male employees. She ordered coke to drink, and it tasted bad, so she brought it back, letting them know the carbination or syrup might be running out. The guy with the shaved head and ponytail replied, "Yeah, it probably is," and then stood there. He didn't offer a replacement or anything, so she asked if they had Dr. Pepper or something else. With an irritated tone, he replied, "Well, I can try." At that point, she figured she would let them know about the uncooked, mushy tots and burned chicken. Then another young man joins in saying, "ma'am, if you don't tell us, we won't know." After they both repeated that a few times, she said, "That's what I'm doing. I just want to be able to eat this" as she had paid $26 for the meal. No solution was offered. Instead, both employees began laughing at her frustration. She got mad and dropped her food on the floor. This was admittedly wrong. However, these two men then began yelling at her, a 98lb woman, to "Pick up her mess!!!" over and over again, while physically backing her toward her vehicle. Once she began picking it up, they continued laughing at her. When she got home, she called the 800 number that has been offered in several of these reviews. She spoke with a man. He offered nothing more than the words "I'm sorry that happened." he did not even ask for her information. We have both tried calling the location for hours and NO ONE answers. We aren't letting this go.

went threw the drive threw and placed a order they said they had no strawberries so I drove around to order some thing else then they said the ice cream machine is broken this is at 9 pm Sunday so I drive around again and I see one of them eating a ice cream cone after that I just left . looks like no one wanted to work Sunday night

They never have any ice cream, I have called before driving 15 minutes to Siler city only to be told they didn't have any ice cream and that their machine had been broken all day. After many different trips I called the corporate office said they were a franchise and he would pass it along. Nothing has changed.

Nothing Sonic about this place!!! First of all, you will need to repeat your order multiple times with the drive-thru order taker continuing to ask questions that you already answered in placing your order. Second, plan to wait. You will need a sleeping bag and . I only visited this location because I was driving through Siler City. Ugh, wrong choice.
