Sonic Drive-In

The cup for the shake I ordered had a large crack in it and the employee covered the crack with a sticker and didn't say anything about it.

Nobody parked here at 5:30 on a Saturday evening. Cheesy tots were cold. I like Sonic, but not this location.

I asked for a marinara with my mozzarella sticks but they didn't give me any so we buzzed again and asked for some marinara and were told they were running some out. It has been 20 minutes and we still have not gotten any marinara and no one has said anything. They also ran us out the wrong order in between. Would give zero stars for service but lowest you can go is one.

A lot of cars came and gone so i know they're losing business, at least have a sign posted for courtesy

Crispy chicken sandwich just now was worst I've ever had! Only filled about 2/3 of bun and was over cooked and bone dry! Such a disappointment!

Bad service at this location. The ambience is pretty good, (I usually sit in my car and listen to my music) the food is not bad-their shakes and drinks are usually the bomb but this location is a different story, without a happy ending.

I have been to this location multiple times, it's in my neighborhood, you will pull in, push the order button and wait for 10-15 minutes and they will still not take your order. I had to place my order in the app and then let them know I had already arrived, otherwise you can't ever get your order. Finally got my order, drive off because I was late due to the long wait. Our limeades were unflavored carbonated water and the slushy was grape flavored but watery and not a slushy.

Terrible got my order wrong, they put ranch on my sandwich and then I find these surprises in my cherry limeaid crazy I didn't rush nobody I took a second to get my order out and then find they botched the entire order.
Spend your money else where

Im not unhappy the order took so long , nor am I unhappy after waiting at the stall for 12 mins they told me I had to go around to the drive thru to pickup my order, and not even unhappy that they messed up my order.
Why I am writing this review is because I was lied to, I ordered 1 jr burrito and 1 full size burrito, which were each about 3 inche3s in lenght, But the person at the window tried to tell me that 1 was full size. I mean was he trying to lie or gaslight me. 3 inch burrito is not their full size.
At this point you can't discuss any further, I only made sure to clarify in case he was confused. suffice to say I will not order from this Sonic ever again.
I called corporate and they are going to escalate this issue, but I am severly under the opinion this store doesnt care.

So their slushy taste like they've been watered down with soap. The hotdogs are cold same with the fries. And I feel bad for the one person that's always working there because they never have anyone helping him. It seems that you have lines that take over 20 minutes just for some french fries and a burger.
