Used to be good but within the last year has been awful, card readers never work & they don't put up a sign on the stall or block the stall off, for some reason the last 3 times I've went the ketchup packets have been sticky on the outside like some type of syrup was spilled and they still continued to hand them out to people. Gross. Also they mostly have kids working that seem to have never have been trained properly my order is either completely wrong or something is missing. NOTE: In the summer at night don't even bother going because it will be packed with kids walking around while their vehicles are parked taking up stalls along with yelling and them playing loud music so you can't even order.

Heather D.Joplin, MO16209219Jul 20, 2019Kinda rude here. Wasps all over the play area and Im sure they could spray something to keep them away. Kinda pissed that they shrunk the "deals" menu to pretty much nothing and are trying to push their over priced cheap tasting burgers!

It is a little difficult to get too due to the busy intersection. However, it is a pretty central location if your heading towards Kansas which makes it convenient to stop at on the way out of town.

Gave this sonic another try - came home with half my order . .. Very frustrating . Called to let them know- handled poorly. Didnt offer me my money back on it told me to come back tomorrow to get my order. How about my money back and my order!!!!??!!!??!!

I couldn't understand the young lady that was taking my order and when she began to great me "welcome to sonic" i only made out half of what she said and then yelled HELLO so loud-she was slurring and loudly yawning huffing and puffing - she couldnt find the add-ons we asked for in our shakes. I asked her if they had banana splits and then she asked me"idk do we?" She was very rude. And so rude that i ended up driving off after she took my order bc i was afraid it was going to be made horribly bc we could also hear the other workers in the background horse-playing around and laughing. I have gone to this sonic for the past 3 years but I will not be back - my last visit before this one my food was even made wrong which sometimes happens i understand and the manager was very nice and sweet and handled it for me and because she handled it the way she did i went back- i do not know the girls name that took my order today- bc she was not talking clearly at all. But I'm done with this sonic. I shouldnt be afraid of getting my order or being talked to the way i was. Very unrespectful !
