Sonic Drive-In

Service was sloooooow but the cheesy tots were hot and my cranberry limeade was perfectly tart. Just the right cranberry to limeade to sprite ratio. Jon had a cheeseburger, tots, and classic Cherry limeade with no complaints. We come here for the nostalgia factor really, and the fountain drinks. I went to Sonic all the time growing up. We'd go after dark on a hot day for a drink and a snack, a little second dinner, haha. I'd always get a corn dog and a coke. I can't eat them anymore but I will always recommend Sonic's corn dogs and cheddar peppers, you must always order them. They're classic and consistently delicious!

Horrible customer service. I came here to order food after the concert, I came at 12 am and the place says it closed at 1am. The women who answered us made a mistake that she was going to put in the order and rudely told us that they are closed.

I go here sometimes for something quick.

Staff: Person over the speaker was friendly. The carhop was too. I even had another carhop make sure I was still ok whenever I didn't leave (I was eating in my car and reviewing lol).

Food: Ordered the carhop special, quick, cheap.
$2.99. Quarter pound cheeseburger and tots, sub fry.

They could've put two slices of cheese on this burger. When did sonic start doing this?

Food was hot, though, and it came out quickly.
Also, I wish they'd being the ketchup out or just put it in the bag. I have to request it all the time, and they have to go back inside to get it.

I've been coming to this location for a few weeks now and Traci has been the absolute best! She is always in a good mood and seems like she truly enjoys her job. Her jubilant energy always adds a little bit to my day!

drove 30 minutes , got here at 12:30am. everywhere online says they close at 1am. it was closed. very annoying, fix online times if theyre not correct. very frustrating.

As long as I have a breath in me and a finger I will review them fast and furious. These people these people are the worst of the worst. They make fun of everyone coming and going, they crack jokes about there customers daily. I ordered my 2 nieces cherry lime aid they asked for extra cherrys. There 2 little girls when they received there drinks the extra cherrys were not in there in fact the cherry the was in there was only a broke in half smooshed cherry. I hit the button and asked again I stated I would pay for the extra cherrys the girl came over the spreader and said be right out they brought us a cup with nothing but empty stems. You see the girls received their report cards that day and they both made the A honor roll so we were celebrating, but because of this scandalous nasty they do stuff to your food Sonic we couldn't celebrate their A honor roll like they wanted. When I saw those 2 little girls smiles turned to sadness it broke my heart. Shame on you Sonic employees your nothing but trash, not even fit to wipe my shoes. Shame on each and everyone of you. My nieces were able to celebrate after all I stopped off at Braums and they knew about celebrating AHonor roll kids. Not only did they get lots of cherrys, but their ice cream sundaes were on the house and the hugs were too. So anyone out there wanting a better experience go right down the road to Braums they deliver not only good food, good service, good atmosphere. Sonic employees on Randall Mill should be sent back to training and refresher course on customer service.

I'm ready to call it quits with Sonic.

For the same price I can go to a decent restaurant and get something worth eating.

I'm adding pictures from my last two visits to the Bridge City Sonic.

The drinks are usually pretty good, but that's all they have worth buying anymore.

Sonic used to be an enjoyable place to take the family for something different. Now, they rate at or below McDonald's. That's the bottom of the ranks as far as I'm concerned.

I won't be returning. I've thrown away most of what I've purchased there lately.

There are some locally owned restaurants here that provide quality and better prices.

I'm not sure what caused the decline in Sonic quality and service. The increased prices far outweigh the product they serve.

I also don't know if all Sonic drive in stores are as poor as the one here, but I do know I won't bother to try them to find out.

We pulled through the drive up, could hardly understand the person speaking and had the absolutely two worst chicken sandwiches of our lives. They were thin, overcooked and tough. I should have returned them but were too far away. Going to wipe all Sonics off my to go to places.

While this location is convenient, it's not always great. Went in today and besides multiple stalls not working, and being told the fryer isn't working...? I was able to get chili cheese tots. Which was a mistake because I now have food poisoning and it's the only thing I have eaten today so I know that's what did it. I wouldn't go there for anything other than a drink if that.

Got to sonic before they closed tried to order at 10:50 and they said they were closed and that they closed at 11 and I'm like it's not even 11. Not happy and probably won't be back. And they were extremely rude.
