I was visiting the area on business. Loved the opportunity to get a day pass and lift. $20 is on the upper end of what I typically pay (I travel a LOT) but I was happy to find that it was for a 24 hour period. Worked out one afternoon and the next morning. Facility is clean and everything seemed to be in good working order. It wasn't busy when I went but they were not "typical popular" times (before/after work on on a weekend).
Plenty of parking. Convenient location.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jun 19, 2021Updated review
This is an awesome gum! 24/7 access, clean, well maintained facilities and instrumental in my recovery from double knee replacement surgery. Highly recommend anyone in the area join!

It's 24/7 access so it's never really over crowded like most gyms.
It's clean and well maintained and the owner is on premise during normal business hours.
I eat out a lot so without the gym if probably be 300 lbs... And that's never gonna happen... ;-)

I've looked into most gyms in the area and I feel like this one has the most bang for your buck. Now I'm more of a lifter, however I have used their cardio machines and they are all new and in good shape. The free weights area also has a good variety, although it can get a bit crowded at times.
Pros: New equipment
Open 24/7 (use a key card to get in)
Allows monthly enrollment
Large, clean bathrooms
No issue with parking
Usually has a special rate for college students
Friendly staff
Cons: Would be nice if there were showers but I knew that they didn't have them when I signed up so not gonna hold that against them
Free weight can get crowded at peak times, usually you will have to wait if you want to use the power rack
A tad on the expensive side
Overall I really like this gym and would recommend it to anyone!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jacki C.East Lyme, CT01Dec 2, 2015
