Smokey Bones

My late wife and I would eat in most of the time. We also did some takeout. Have not been there in a VERY long time, but the staff was helpful and friendly. The food was good,if my wife had an issue, the staff would always do their best to make it right.

Service always great! I got cup chili and side salad. Not fan of chili all my meat had too much fat not meat. Other than that it's ok! Dry rub wings were great. The pulled pork sandwich and Mac n cheese was ok!

Stopped by Smokey Bones for dinner on a recent Friday night. It is a large restaurant, so it was easy for two of us to get in quickly. Our waitress quickly took our drink order and food order. I kid you not, our food came out within 5 minutes of getting our drinks! I have not had such quick and attentive service in a long time!
My husband and I both got a full rack of baby back ribs, which comes with two sides and garlic bread. The ribs were sticky and sweet and we definitely required the wet-naps we were provided. The sides were average and I would have preferred corn bread with bbq over garlic bread, but it was a decent dinner for the price. We both took home half of our ribs and had another meal. Compared to when we went here a few years ago, the quality has definitely improved!

A typical chain family restaurant that focuses on BBQ and has a decent selection of mixed drinks. The food is pretty consistently good and tasty. Service varies. Tonight was slow and unimpressive. The atmosphere is OK if you are into the minimum of 4 screens showing various sports.

What a disappointment last 2 door dash orders have been incomplete and full of fat on the meat gross, I'm done ordering from smokey bones or even going in person there door dash service is a disgrace.

I had a gift card so I stopped in for lunch. It was early and I was seated immediately and my server got my drink. She was friendly and helpful and pointed out the specials. I ordered the full rack that came with 2 sides, garlic toast and a drink. The broccoli was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the coleslaw was creamy and the garlic toast was warm and crispy. I enjoyed the sweet bbq sauce on the ribs and tried a couple of the other bbq sauces on the table. My only complaint was that the ribs had so little meat and they were on the dry side.

My boyfriend and I always come in for the after dark specials and load up on appetizers and desserts for cheap! The food is always good and so is the bbq sauce. We come at least once a month.

I came here for the loaded nachos and stayed for the amazing food. A little pricey but the food and service is always good! If I could afford to eat here once a week I would!

Food is amazing. They offer several combo platters to sample a couple meats and sides, and you match it with the barbecue sauces on the table for a different taste every time. The music is upbeat, but then a random Christian song was on today out of place but interesting. We ordered the bag of donuts, poured out 3 burnt ones and the waitress was like oh my I'll get you a new order and took the old ones away. The new 5 were better but I didn't see the hype. Highly recommend the ribs and corn, and the potato wedges are surprisingly crispy. And we've never had to wait for a table so it's a good place for last minute dinner.

Maybe pick a day to go that's not Fathers Day!
We waited FOREVER, sat at 5:31, food delivered to the table at 7:05. When the food was delivered everything was luke warm (at best) the only thing that was hot was the tomato soup for the grilled cheese.
The server was running (too many tables not enough servers). My daughters food was delivered wrong then the server asked her to take off the pulled pork because if they remake it they are just going to throw it away, who says that to a kid?

When I complained to the manager about the wait and temperature of the food, he asked if we ordered an appetizer, I relied we had and he indicated that he would remove that cost. He was apathetic at best, I even started my complaint with I know it's Fathers Day and very busy, but the food is cold!

We will not go back, this was our 1st experience here and last! When you are paying more than $100 for dinner you want it to be hot, delicious and enjoyable, this was; COLD, MEDIOCRE AND UNENJOYABLE!

Save your money don't go here, go someplace else.
