We walked into this bar, which was horribly labeled by the way, with a couple of friends. The upstairs had neon lights so we assumed it was the entrance. A couple of our friends got past the mindless bouncers and then me and my friend got stopped by them. They told us we were trying to sneak in. We said we thought this was the entrance and they told us to pay a cover charge that didn't exist.
We decided the club wasn't worth it because it sucked and so they pointed us toward the front door. We went outside and tried to call our friends to tell them we didn't get in.
Then, the MANAGER came outside and told us to get off his property. We had done nothing wrong and were just trying to reach out to our friends. It was pretty weird they sent their manager after us when we didn't really do anything wrong.
Never going here again lolHelpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 1 - Pat F.Tannersville, NY2312Feb 3, 2019
As a club in a resort town, try being more friendly to visitors or you will never have a successful business. Unacceptable treatment of people who simply wanted to hang out and have a good time.

Went to the nightclub with a group of girls at the weekend. The bar tenders let this place down as they were quite rude and the well drinks are definitely watered down. Once we complained about the weakness of the drinks we were given Tito's instead of well, we began ordering Tito's after that which they then told us had run out, even though there were 3 bottles of it behind the bar that we could clearly see. The bar tenders seemed to be drunk also. All around it is a fun bar for a group night out, the DJ was playing great tunes and there was good space on the dancefloor.

I LOVED my time at Slopes Nightclub. I first saw it online last weekend and called the owner, letting him know that I was in town for my birthday with a group of friends. I just wanted to get some information about going out at the club, but Tom let me know he would take care of us getting in. Well, Tom went WELL above my expectations. Tom and staff set up an entire table for my group stacked with birthday decor (signs, hats, confetti, you name it!), cupcakes and a bottle for champagne. It was incredible. My friends were blown away by the experience. I felt so special and will definitely be back. Also, shout out to the DJ and Happy Birthday, Slopes! Telling all my friends and co-workers about y'all.

Wow, let me just start by saying what a pleasant surprise Slopes was. This famed establishment is tucked off the main road - which brings in a higher end crowd - and has a grand entrance that leads you upstairs to the best night of your life. A modest $10 cover is charged to provide you and your friends with excellent entertainment for the duration of your stay. I personally enjoyed the luxurious vibe of a New York club with hints of mountain chic'ness and local flavor. The mixologists were stunningly beautiful serving up bud light bottles and plastic cups of cocktails reminiscent of the Jersey Shore. You will surely be at a loss if you miss this destination on your next trip to Hunter.

The place is filthy and the operation feels very unprofessional. Bathrooms are falling apart and the rooms really shouldn't even be rented. If you're taking a trip up there you'd be better off renting a house and partying there.

Went with a group of 15 on Saturday 22nd. Really fun bar especially the DJ he was brilliant. However the two bar staff were extremely rude. I paid $35 for two double vodkas. They were completely watered down to the point you could not taste any alcohol. We brought it to the bartenders attention she was rude and very aggressive about it. She agreed to add more vodka to the drinks. She went to grab the well vodka but changed her mind and took the titos. The drinks were somewhat better. We then went to get another round with Titos and were told the were 'sold out' of titos so it was back to the watered down well liquor. Really fun bar but not worth paying $35 for two very watered down drinks.

We had booked this hotel as we were attending a local car show the following morning and didn't want to travel 3 hours earlier that day for the event. What I thought would be a convenience turned into a nightmare. Unfortunately I had to pick a star to be able to write a review. This is not a hotel! I cannot believe it is operated as a business legally. and that it is allowed by the county as such. No heat in the rooms (a small plug in space heater?) some rooms without water? Dirty is an understatement. The owner banging on doors looking for payment at 11pm at night?! ( hotels that I have stayed at are usually charged the following morning..respectfully with a bill under the door) I was beyond appalled at this establishment and the fact it still had a license to be in business was just as unbelievable. I will be contacting the BBB regarding this I can assure you!!! Save your self time and a horrible experience and DO NOT STAY HERE!
