Sleep Haven Bedding

This review is strictly based on their customer service, I didn't get far enough to actual get the bed delivered.
I finally found the bed I wanted after getting mixed information from both owners. Was told that the price was set by Serta so I wouldn't find a better deal elsewhere. I financed it & started waiting for my 2 week special delivery.
In the meantime I saw a no tax sale & got that plus an even better deal at another store & my bed was in stock.
When I called to cancel my order at Sleep Haven they were furious. They proceeded to slam the other store & tell me why I was making a bad decision going with them. They also told me that the only reason I was approved to buy that bed was b/c they had 2 approval machines on site & I'd never get the same at the other store.
I had to go back in to get my cards refunded & they were very rude to me. I had forgotten my free mattress topper so they charged me full price for it before refunding me for the bed & told me I just had to make another trip back to return it & get my money back.
When I went back to return the topper they said sorry it's too late you have to keep it! (Btw I ordered a queen & the topper they gave me was a cal king). I finally broke down crying b/c my experience had been so horrible & they refunded me. But not after telling me that I lied about my great deal b/c they saw how much I charged for the other bed. 1) I got the deal I said, the extra $ on the card was from they're stupid topper. & 2) HOW COULD THEY LOOK AT WHAT I'M CHARGING?!
After everything was over my bed arrived and I realized I had picked it with the aid of the sleep haven owners...that was stupid. They had explained how it'd be best for my back & it'd get softer with time. I waited almost my entire 90 day trial & unfortunately had to call my other store & exchange the mattress. They were great about it & it was easy. Thank goodness!

Store is fantastic and customer service excellent. Walked in and was not followed or bothered on any level. I just wanted to look around. I had a question and "Ali" was very helpful in describing the different kinds of beds I was considering. Ultimately, I bought a mattress on the spot and it was an easy transaction. Later, when the mattress arrived, it was faulty which was shipped directly from the manufacturer and when I alerted them to the problem, they quickly measured the mattress confirming a bump in the middle of the bed and replaced it without too much hassle. It was taken care of swiftly and professionally. I will be back to buy another bed for a family member.

The service and products at this store are outstanding. Ali and Mac go above and beyond to make their customers happy and to make sure that everything is done properly. I highly recommend doing business with this company. They are committed to keep their customers satisfied and sleeping comfortably. A+ to Sleep Haven!

What a fantastic experience with Sleep Haven Bedding today. I needed a king sized bed frame today, and I needed delivery ASAP. When Ali answered the phone, I could tell he was the person I wanted to buy from: He focused on exactly what I needed, was interested in my problem, asked great questions. I zipped to the store to confirm what I needed and cannot say enough how excellent the customer service was. Ali's partner, Mac, immediately offered to deliver the frame himself.
15 minutes later, at our home, Mac not only set up the new bed frame but also drilled holes in our headboard and affixed it to the new frame! Then he helped us assemble the bed.
Aside from the outstanding service, I really liked both Ali and Mac. They own and operate the business and run it with that family-owned earnestness.
Sleep Haven Bedding earned a new loyal customer today.

Great customer service? Quality products? Fair price? Where can you find this trifecta anymore? Well, Mac at the Redwood City store has all the qualities of someone you'd want to do lasting business with.

I'm not going to lie, I'm a tough customer. I called him in a "bedding emergency" with a bed frame I ordered on Wayfair that was waaaay too high for our 16" mattress. I need something that provided support while also being low profile. Over SEVEN phone calls in 24 hours (me calling him) he walked me through the pros and cons of each choice and truly wanted to make sure I made the right purchase. He waited for me when I was indecisive after watching too many YouTube videos on mattress foundation options and was so courteous with my unrelenting questions. Then, when I finally decided, he delivered the box spring to our house the same day.

Stop researching online and just give Mac a call. Take if from a anxiety-ridden, overwhelmed, but ultimately satisfied consumer.

I recently purchased a queen size mattress and base from this store. After visiting four different mattress stores I chose this one and the mattress as the price was right, the mattress was and is great, the delivery and set up sounded great and was. And most of all Ari, the manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, And most of all he was not pushy. I would highly recommend the store if you're in the market for a mattress.

worst experience ever......the saleman was so rude.. tied a pillow, forced me to give him an expected price, and kicked me out when I said I had no idea and wanted to try others, 'God bless you', Mr saleman.

I really enjoyed this shopping experience. The salesman was knowledgeable, but not pushy. He gave us space to try mattresses and answered our questions when we had them. Felt comfortable the entire time. He even had us try cheaper models based on our preferences. Definitely recommend.

Best customer service in helping me choose a new mattress. Prompt and fast same day delivery. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Last year I bought a terrible mattress at another place because the sales person pressured us into buying by offering even more of a discount, but only if we bought right then. Sure, we saved money, but my back hurt for the next two months. Went to return it and the sales person still tried to talk me into keeping it even after I told her I literally couldn't fall asleep on it and it was causing me pain. Then I came into Sleep Haven. The staff was much more helpful and knowledgeable without being so pushy. I literally went around trying each mattress multiple times during several trips to be sure and they left me alone so that I could take my time (and helped me when I asked of course). We ended up with a great mattress and I was so happy to be able to sleep again without back pain.

Fast forward a few months and we needed a new box spring for our guest bed (the one we had was old and squeaky). I immediately thought of Sleep Haven. We had guests staying with us and I wanted to get it as soon as possible. The guy said they could deliver the next day, but also said they might be able to deliver that same day after hearing about how the squeak was keeping our guests awake. Not only did it get delivered that night, but after we had ordered the wrong size height (our fault, not theirs), he offered to take it back and bring the right size right away! Talk about great service!
