Simplicity Salon

I waited ten years to cut off my waist length hair.. my son tragically passed away and I decided to cut it off.. I went to Samantha. Much to my chagrin, I received the worst haircut of my life. My layers are so messed up that I absolutely have to use a flat iron or wand to make this cut look decent. There is no rhyme or reason to this cut. One side is shorter than the other. Such a drag, to haveto grow out a new haircut......I don't regret cutting my hair in honor of my son, I regret having this novice stylist do the deed.

So I was at work and took one glance in the mirror and thought "ugh! My hair is a disaster! Look at all these dead ends!" Gross. It's been way too long since I've trimmed my hair... Plus I was sporting the ombré look. Well enough was enough... So my friend recommended me Simplicity. And I wasn't sure if they do walk-ins since this town is so darn small.

Well my friend called and was able to make an appt for me that late afternoon. Recommended someone by the name of Nina.

Omg she was awesome. She trimmed my hair just like I wanted it. And I still had my ombré. The shampoo and condition was to die for.. I almost knocked out in the chair.

Service was fast (I went at a slow time of the day) and super sweet friendly. Cute interior decor of the salon and the pricing was fair and affordable. I'd definitely go back

Candice is a decent hair stylist, she's nothing special though she gave me a Justin Bieber comb over charged $50 for color and hair cut which is an amazing amazing price. Jessica is the best hair dresser Ive had. I looked like Brad Pitt after. Women were lining up to throw their underwear at me.

However the second time seeing Jessica I just looked "ok" she went a bit cheap with the color and I was less pleased. The hair style looked great just not as good as before, she gave me the exact same style so I'm wondering if she knows any more. She charges about 80 for mens and hair color and $110 for my mom who has really hard hair to deal with $100 for my sister who has about average womens hair.

Love these girls and this shop!! It's a great place for all salon services, a nice tanning bed and plenty of cute retail items to buy! I highly recommend Nina Potter and her high quality extensions!!

Wasn't impressed at all. I got a gel manicure. She didn't trim my cuticles,just pushed them back. And the gel polish doesn't even cover my whole nail!! Lame!! The minor complaint I had with simplicity salon was resolved,the owner contacted me and gave me a refund. I trust they would do better next time!!
