Great experience! Silver star motors was very helpful and quick to resolve the issue I had.
Been going there regularly and never had any bad experience. Highly recommend this place to anybody.
I recently needed to pass emissions but had a few problems that was quickly resolved by the mechanic and second day I passed my emissions and haven't had any issues since!
As for myself, I will continue going here.

Got a new starter put in my BMW325i 06' for about $650, dropped it off one day came and picked it up fixed the next. Only thing I didn't like was I didn't get a receipt.

Very ethical and reliable. Silver Star Motors has always done great work on all my MBZ vehicles that I've owned since I started going there in over 10yrs now. I've always had great experience along w/ excellent customer service w/ Johnny (owner) and the rest of the techs and continue to refer most of my European vehicle owners to this shop. Chip is very knowledgeable: Goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible in trouble shooting and offering repair solutions. His attention-to-detail is outstanding. As always I have found their work on my cars timely, well done and at a reasonable cost. I won't go anywhere else. Thank You Johnny and Thank You Chip for making this world a better place.

I have been taking my vehicles here since 2018. This shop completely understands anything that comes up! Mine is a 2008 mercedes S550. Other shops charge 3x the amount for services. Johnny and Chip are knowledgeable, honest and professional. 5 stars is not enough!

Don't ever go to this shop. We took a subaru wrx because it was not running correctly. So we paid them whatever they ask because at the time I had no knowledge of cars. They supposedly rebuilt the car and was never running right even after the rebuild. They had told us "it Needed a new turbo". They showed us the intake and exhaust valves that were supposedly cracked which "was the issue" before the rebuild took place. we took the car back after a week of the rebuild and they refused to fix it. We took it to a dealership and showed them the valves turns out the valves they gave us we're from a completely different car!! They had been lying the whole time about the repairs just to steal money from us. Don't ever go to this shop they're thieves!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I've taken my 2000 Mercedes into Silver Star Motor twice now. Both times, Chip told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. The amount was really reasonable, especially considering it's a Mercedes and what other shops charge. Both times, they fixed it for the exact amount I was quoted - no hidden fees, no surprises! And both times, the issues were fixed entirely and in a timely manner. So glad to find a mechanic shop that is both fair and honest! Chip told me they could fix anything and I now tend to believe that's accurate. Highly recommend Silver Star Motors and Chip to everyone! Quite a find!

Just picked up my 09 Mini Cooper from Silver Star Motors and have taken it here to have several parts replaced. They have been very helpful in getting it fixed in a timely manner and will let you know exactly what is wrong with your car and will work with you on getting the parts and work done. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else but here from now on! Great service and very quick about getting your car fixed and back to you! Thanks:)!

I had my transmission replace on my 08 Camry and the mechanic was very professional and knowledgeable. The time frame once he started was one day, price was very reasonable and kept in contact with me via text which i really liked since I'm text friendly. Go in yourself and give them a shot. Good people and honest work. Job done right. Definitely a five star.

So happy with the service I receive - i always drop the car in the morning before work, i get called before lunch with a estimate and i have no surprises when i pick up my car. Thank you for giving me piece of mind!

I have been a customer of Silver Star Motors for about twenty years. I can honestly say that the only reason that I continue to buy Mercedes is Silver Star Motors. The dealership is a rip off. The first time they examined my AMG they pointed out several issues that the dealer had claimed to have fixed, but did not even touch. They have been extremely honest when diagnosing a given problem. They are prompt and very knowledgeable. Equally important is that they are reasonably priced and never try to overreach. I would not take my car anywhere else. I live in Scottsdale and tried a mechanic close to my house. What a mistake. It is well worth the drive. There are very few good mechanics who work on German motors so look no further- Silver Star
